Considering how many people are on a team, and how many teams each are attacking a single 53 Rikti...if I got a drop on a raid I would be pretty surprised. At least, that's how I've always looked at that feature.

There is, frankly, a fair amount of marketing going towards this "Buy in time for DXP" concept. The fact that it's not actually for sale yet doesn't help.

I understand it, but still think the pre-order/pre-purchase situation is unnecessarily, and perhaps ridiculously, convoluted. I expect it will cause problems for some customers and headaches for customer service reps in the very near future. -

That's correct. VEATs can unlock up to six different costume slots. When you open a costume slot, it copies your first costume. Because of the VEAT epic costume slot, unlocking an additional slot on a VEAT copies the second costume slot. The sixth costume slot cannot be edited, so...
Make your second costume slot something you REALLY like.
Unlock your sixth costume slot.
Edit your second costume slot to something else.
Voila, six different costumes for your VEAT. -

Most instanced missions are randomly generated. There is no way to tell what your map layout is, sorry. I recommend turning your volume up, and retracing your steps.

A great and old idea. Unfortunately, a lot of work goes into things like this. Currently, merchandise is very very limited (though there are more items than ever, now) and only available at cons.
