regen's heal doesnt rechare in about 3 seconds and have capped resist at the same time, he's just saying this match is gonna be pointless because neither person should be able to do enough damage to overcome that

Would you rather spend 1 billion inf on an alright toon and make it good or spend it on a good toon and make it a god. Thats basically why people are saying its not worth it to IO a fort. It will still be good but the money could be better spent elsewhere.

if you want any type of therm corr go rad. I have a Rad/therm corr on pinnacle that will take down any regen. with dominators in pvp...I tend to stay away for they do decent damage but dont have the HPs or staying power vs. a scrapper/tank/brute/stalker/blaster.

As everyone who knows even a decent amount has said, fire. The heal and extra damage are too good to pass up. They really should have a competency test to join the pvpec

I do remember someone saying they had it slotted on their tanker and were still only getting around 60hp a tick. And yes the tanker hp cap is twice that of the blaster hp cap, but like all heals it would be based off of base hp. Also, a willpower tanker could potentially have 2 performance shifter procs and a panacea proc and in one lucky burst get 27.5 endurance.
