  4. Here is my current build; however once fitness goes inherent it will be revised for the addition of the steadfast +3def and maybe weave.
    With scorp shield this current build hits 29.9% S/L def.
    I've found S/L def to add way more survivability then just melee def.

  5. I've noticed that myself, It seems the proc does 10% of whatever endurance is your max.
    So people with 100 still see 10, those with the Atlas medallion see 10.5 and so on and so on.
    I personally enjoy seeing 11.2 myself.
    It started with the latest patch.

  7. I agree with Laevateinn's post above
    I hit a lil over 30 ranged defense and 66 global recharge on my En/En/Force
    A good mix of the two I feel is better then all of one and none of the other.
