  1. It's really not much different. This isn't WoW where you have one build to level to 20, then another build from levels 20-60, and then yet another build for levels 60 to whatever. The most useful powers are taken and slotted as soon as they become available and the lesser powers are taken and slotted when room allows. Your own play style will dictate this a little when it comes to which powers you find most useful while playing.
  2. Hey all, I'd like some help please with my DM/DA scrapper. He is my main and my badge collector so I want him as survivable as possible for TF's and such. I'm not the best at building with IO's, but so far this is the best I've come up with. I'd like to get him softcapped if possible, but also get as much recharge as I can. I figure the recharge would be the next best stat to go for to improve survivability. If I'm wrong and should be going for something else like HP please let me know. Any tips or advice would be welcome, I'm not married to any one power or anything and I'm not concerned with cost, so I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks.

    Elec/SD vs DM/SD

    Thanks, rolled a DM/SD and he's already a blast! Got him to 10 in a couple of hours, Siphon Life has already saved my butt quite a few times.

    Elec/SD vs DM/SD

    I'm wanting to roll a /SD scrapper and have decided on Elec or DM. Is the only difference really aoe vs single target damage? I heard from someone in game that Elec is the farmer build while DM is the single target boss or av killer. Is this pretty much true?
  5. Here's a quick build I threw together. The slots in Brawl will go into Stamina once I19 hits. Seems I might need to cut some Def or Recharge to get more Recovery. Thoughts?

  6. Hey everyone. I've been gone from the game for a while and I'm trying to get all my I19 respecs figured out for my toons. I have an Ice/Storm controller that I'm going to fully IO out and wanted to get some opinions on bonuses. I'm going with the Ice mastery app and having trouble deciding whether to build for s/l def or recharge. I know for sure +recovery is also something I really need to build for but was hoping to get some suggestions on other bonuses that are really helpful for controllers.

  8. Hey everyone. I just got back into the game after about a year and a half layoff and now am having trouble trying to respec my DM/DA for i19. I've been playing around with mids but still feel completely lost trying to find the right build for him. I'm trying to find a build that focuses on def and recharge. If anyone could give me a few ideas or point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
