DM/SD levling build.

Hey!

I've started a DM/SD scrapper.
Gonna use the one of the i19 builds on here, when i hit 50.
But now i want help with a build that i can level with!
Would be nice if you could write enhancements and stuff also.

Yeah i know!
But its not different from levling ? those are 50 builds.

It's really not much different. This isn't WoW where you have one build to level to 20, then another build from levels 20-60, and then yet another build for levels 60 to whatever. The most useful powers are taken and slotted as soon as they become available and the lesser powers are taken and slotted when room allows. Your own play style will dictate this a little when it comes to which powers you find most useful while playing.

There are quite a few leveling builds in there. Most are built out to L50 but if you follow the order of when each power is taken then you're fine.

Mostly true. Some of the builds are no good for leveling. The builds I have used all exemplar to level 27 and remain soft-capped, though I didn't take a travel power (Ninja Run + Hurdle). Using the power choices in many builds will allow you to do quite well. One of the main differences is that some prefer DC, while others do without one while levelling. I was one of the latter. YMMV.
