Good point - if it wasn't capable of being enhanced, it wouldn't take the slot to begin with.
  2. As stated in the title - do Knockback enhancements (the Force Feedback set for example) modify the ability of a power to do Knockup (Knockout Blow for example)? Mids states no, I'd assume the answer would be yes, and I have an indefinite answer when I ask my server gurus.

Anybody know for sure? Thanks as always for the help.
  3. So, like a lot of other people, I decided to give KM a shot with the expansion. I love playing the melee classes (have both a Claws/Regen Scrapper and SS/WP Brute at 50), so I figured I'd give KM a shot and eventually decided to pair it with a /Regen Scrapper.

Problem is, I can't decide which powers to grab when and when to slot them. That and KM just isn't feeling powerful in my time so far (14, duoing with a leveling partner).

So I turn to the vets here on the board to ask. Here is a tenative build I've built and slotted up, skipping what seems to be the underpowered Primary powers (Confront and Repulsing Torrent), but I don't know where to go from here.

    A few FYIs:

    1) I have the vet reward that allows me to skip over the prerequisite for travel powers, but I picked Air Superiority anyway because it's such a great power. And there's no redraw problems with KM either.

    2) It needs to be a leveling build. While I do have a few respecs due to my vet status, I don't want to keep burning them just to move forward. And I'm already using one to respec into this as I made a few mistakes along the way (trying out Repulsing Torrent for example).

    3) This is all about the power picks and slots. I can figure out what IOs and Sets to put where after the fact (especially as I'm not sure yet if I'm going Recharge or Defense or a combination of both yet). Some power picks are solely for certain IOs as well (LotG Recharge for example in Weave and MoG, although MoG is useful to have).

    4) And as stated above, I'm level 14, so if needed things can look goofy up until that point. I'd really like to keep Fly though as my travel power.

Thanks ahead of time for anybody providing help with this build.
  4. So THAT'S why my capes have been vanishing so bloody often as of late. I love looking at right click->bio a ton, too.
  5. When I got it on my Brute, my mace was completely invisible UNTIL I visited the Facemaker and actually selected a weapon for each of my costumes (which at the time wasn't exactly cheap).

For some reason it's not loading up a default model until you do this.
  6. Another user here that actually has had issues for months now (from when I13 went live) with crashing. I'm tired of the game going POP! every hour and a half or so, and even though I've tried all the tricks listed in the Vista thread (including running ages-old vieo drivers), I still have constant problems. And this is on a recent install of Vista 64, too.
  7. Known issue unfortunately. Ally Ambushes don't work simply because only one of the Allies will actually run to where they should.
  8. Call me crazy for saying this, but I love ya man! It works! It mutes the bloody annoying sound that just won't ever shut up!
  9. Anybody know what the Warshade Inky Aspect noise is? It doesn't mute like toggles are supposed to do, and it's annoying as all heck. My searches so far have failed me.

Hi, thanks for all the nice comments on the spots.

You did a fantastic job with them and deserve all the praise that's being tossed around. Excellent work!
  11. This is an absolutely fantastic guide, but I found this in the Level 20 section:

    3. Idol of Lughebu temp power (Melee NE, Heal, 24hrs) 30-34 mission: Find Edith Frazier (Josef Keller, Talos or Dr. Cheng, IP)

    So...is this level 20-24 or 30-34?
  12. Well, my SG just tried to start the level 15-20 one (as a group of level 17s), and we did not get bumped up to level 20 as talked about in the first post. And all the mobs inside were level 20 and 21. Needless to say, the SF just didn't happen.

Any ideas? Our difficulty is set to Malicious, but that wouldn't adjust mobs to the +3 level they are.
