Due to having a baby I have gone into remission after suffering from WORK for some time. It may flare up again early next year I'm afraid....

    [/ QUOTE ]

Having a baby is a temporary cure from WORK? I should get on that.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Well that only seems effective for about 50% of the population, for the rest of the people it's seems to worsen
  4. Put me on the alt list for both, Scrapper, blaster, Fire(Damage) Tank, MM for TF, most likely Blaster for Ship Raid (still need some bombs for badge hunter)
  5. an often said, simple solution to a problem it's probably coming soon™
  6. I've used an earlier version of that to create the image I normally use as my forum avatar (see left)

Hey Manticore, your answer to the Romulus/Romulus question threw me for a loop. When i12 was in beta, Hero1 told us there was a connection between the two. Can you clarify?

    Edit: I spel goud.

    [/ QUOTE ]

IM going on pure speculation here, but my theory is that The Kheldian part might be the same, and has gone by the Romulus in whatever "host" he(?) is in.
  8. are Your mothers hamsters and do our fathers smell of elderberries? And do you fart in our general direction?

I was on a team with Gad, Tal, Mari and others last night trying the red side SF. I must say it was the most frustrated I've ever been with the game. Our team was mowing stuff down left and right until we got to the last room. We wiped a few times with all the ambushes but that was OK. The worst part, of course, was Reichsman. We could get him about halfway down before he hit unbreakable. By the time it wore off he was almost back at full health. After what seemed like forever doing the lather, rinse, repeat thing we finally gave it up.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I was on that SF too, with one of the 2 MM's I would hit him with the Click Temp power and it didn't seem to work. now when he wasn't "unaffected" there was plenty of damage from pets and my Debuffs were working (I was on a Thug/Poison)
  10. Olmos, without any Frackin Doubt would kick Greene's [censored] and accuse him of being a Cylon
  11. as much as I would love to make it down, unfortunately, about 3 weeks ago I had to have the transmission in my car replaced, missing 3 days of work, resulting in a short paycheck this week. Damn road construction zones

    Ghost Falcon:

I'm going to suggest you put all chat-related bugs into the *critical* category.

    Why?

Because chat-related bugs are the single most visble category of bugs in the game. EVERYONE sees them. EVERYONE deals with them.

Seeing your most basic social interface bugged, in an established MMORPG, presents a very unpolished and unprofessional product.

I strongly urge you to put all reported chat interface bugs on the "critical - do not release until fixed" list.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    *cough*

**coughcough**UI: Global Chat Channels will randomly change colors upon zoning**coughcough**

    Pretty please?

That's not as critical as the "string of random characters when you start to type something

BaBs is probably muzzled from saying anything it about this until Posi has.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I'm not going to comment on it for two reasons.

One, it's way outside of my department. I wasn't involved in the decisions and know absolutely nothing about what was done to who or why (outside of very broad generalities that everyone is already aware of).

Two, it's entirely a customer service issue. It's against the forum rules to discuss customer service issues here on the forums. And whether anyone wants to believe it or not, I'm just as beholden to the rules of these forums as the rest of you.

I was perusing this thread, saw reference to 'Man of La Mancha'--a play that my wife did props for in college--and pointed out that the Golden Helmet of Mambrino was actually a shaving basin.

I probably should have paid more attention to the original topic of the thread and the unintended attention that having a link to an OT post in the Dev Digest would bring to it, and for that I apologize.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I'm glad you feel no sense of responsibility for the actions of a company in which you are employed with.

    [/ QUOTE ]

So, you'd prefer that he break the forum rules, talk about something that's not even remotely related to his job description, and by doing so, probably risk his job, for the sake of being perceived as a better employee. So, if he does that, and he gets fired, your upstanding employee is now gone and you're worse off than before.

    That's a nice no-win scenario you've set up there.

    [/ QUOTE ]

How about.. I'd like someone to openly take responsibility for it and not just pass the buck.

    [/ QUOTE ]

How about the concept of keeping a (presumably) a reasonably well paying job in the current American economic climate? or are too young/apathetic/oblivious to grasp that
