  1. I've found that some servers have anti-kheld factions.
wondering if the opposite were true elsewhere
  2. What is the most kheld friendly server iyho?
I'm looking to transfer servers I think, and might wanna check one or two out.

for a few seconds it sure is
too bad its only a few seconds
as for a triformer i'm building one on 2nd build

    silly maybe
    viable though
  6. tweaked more with ninja run

gained 3% rech, 4%or so def, +6%tohit, and got my kb prot up to -16 kb
    lost health and regen
a little resists and i mean little

This is a progression of the same build.
    It has changed again.
    Ninja run has been added
    combat jumping dropped
    picked up maneuvers

costs a lot more end so i changed penumbral shield's aegis to steadfast protection for the +1.5% end recovery

added something like 1.5% end recovery and +2%def to all

end heavy toon. no pun intended.

its not like you have to play my build 1-50 to comment.

but seriously dont look at levels please

    it was
    again read disclaimer please
    ignore levels

as for the proc placement i'd rather it have a permanent chance to go off 16 times every 10 seconds rather than when i click.

    Yeah but I died *tear*
Stupid time for eclipse to drop while lagging and getting footstomped AND lightning striked from reichsman

Replacing the def/rech IOs with 7.5s brings you from 80% to 102.5%. Very nice, except the pet still only has under 70% rech enh and you only take it at 47 despite it being opened at 32 (where you prioritize boxing, tough and weave).

Eclipse is perma, that is definitely true. I'm not sure which power you mean as a second nuke with 1:30 recharge but I'm guessing you mean Unchain Essence. Which in order to do what you say it does, requires a team mate to die every 83 seconds, right in the middle of a spawn. Okay.

Also I wasn't even talking about Inky Aspect, I actually think your slotting in that is fine, if unnecessarily expensive for little gains. I was actually talking about Orbiting Death, which in your build eats .6 end a second (2/3rds of all your other toggles combined).

+Stealth is very nice indeed, but not at the cost of underslotting your main travel power, especially since you take Hasten and have a +stealth power in your secondary.

If it works for you and you do great things, awesome. I would, however, hesitate to call it a fantastic build.
first: unchain essence works on a mob. yes a mob has to die every 83 seconds for me to nuke. wow. tough.

second: orbiting death has a chance to proc damage. it is a fantastic power.

third: stygian circle. end is not a problem

fourth: yes it sucks to have 1 slotted tp and no ss. I live with it to be powerful.

fifth: why the heck would i ever take ss when I already HAVE a travelpower?

    as for pet slotting...
2-3 pets is quite nice. moar would be better yes, but have yah ever seen one of those in action?

Please at least know the powers of an archetype before you "critique" a build.

I mean, except for Eye of the Magus being selected, 53% of your next end gain being used by your toggles, your pet which can be multiple-summoned only having 70% recharge, the +regen unique in a character with low base hp and +28% from bonuses, Shadow Step costing the full base 13 endurance and not having its range enhanced, a purple set with no significant endurance reduction in a toggle that eats just under .6 a second, a main ranged blast with only 26% accuracy and the rercharge on Eclipse not maxed out.

Other than that, its a great build!

    Congrats.
    turn 'em off
replace all the def/rech lotgs with 7.5%

realize eclipse is perma with at lest 4 seconds up before it wears off
mire is 5 sec off perma
    2-3 pets
2 nukes with 1:30 downtime each

    as for teleport
    +stealth is nice
why even bother trolling that one?

did you really just question absolute amazement in inky aspect?
    +tohit debuff is reallllly nice.

Why not troll for the weaknesses?
    Like?
    Ummm?
Oh yeah. doctored wounds is stupid
    it should be prof shifter
    Yeah...
That IS an absolutely fantastic build.

Sorry about the HORRABLE level/slotting issue.
we were using team to discuss powers/enhances and it woulda taken ferevva to type it all out.

Some ppl have asked for this build, and so I thought I'd man up and post.

    Hope yall enjoy
  17. First off, thank you alien for a very complementary post, and for the side by side comparison.

Demons are in no way my "favored" group as much as I realized I had high fire/cold an decided that I would use them for prestige.

My build while it CAN solo well is actually a team build.
With my high recharge I use 2 nukes in my primary attack chain.
The build is designed to be a high dps offtanker that nukes quite a bit.

as for looking at your build, i have no mids, and so it would be difficult.
I actually built this primarily in my head and had friends with mids help me make a few level decisions.

    edited again to say:

    As for the shields debate.
I like being ABLE to NOT use eclipse the second it comes up.
Helpful to save it sometimes for a full spawn.

    oh
as for the endurance vs health in stygian

i couldent pass up the recharge
and its nice to get a more than half heal off one

Also, I believe the Absolute Amazement: Tohit Debuff only works in PvP, though I could be wrong. I swapped it out, doesn't make any real difference.
Replacing the Regenerative Tissue: +Regeneration in Health with a level 50 Numina Heal will actually net you more regen overall because of the set bonus.
This nets you slightly higher resistance, higher defense, higher regen, and a better enduse-to-drain ratio.
    they are +global
and you could not be more wrong about the absolute amazement. its a fantastic proc.
also i did not plug it into mids
  21. Hope this clears up some of the ill will.
Thanks again for all the help putting up with talking through tells and making this build.

levels that powers were taken would have been a bother. a huge problem. so we ignored it.

hope you enjoy the build as much as i do.

    alien, would you please critique?
