Really sorry to hear bout that Gamma. Was wondering why something got taken down and dang glad I didn't front the money to subscribe. Guess I'll start looking for another page or perhaps the Devs or Cryptic itself could front a space for art related to CoX. Yes I know the fan art is there but nothing new has been posted that in years it seems like. I wonder if they could refresh that so that the people here who draw for this game could have a defense for they're art of the game so they would go through what you did.

Suggestion GP, make sure the rocks or whatever you have at the base of the Hermit tank DO NOT reflect light light mine did when I was a child. It gave a false appearance when you looked at it that the bowel itself still had water in it was in and it died of dehydration. Bad bad day for me being a kid. Oh, make sure to have a few extra larger shell upgrades for just in case.

I have to say that is a great design and build and glad it turned out like it did for you. Gratz/Kudo's/A+, way to go.

Christmas in two days. Everyone ready for...

1. The unavoidable scream of wee ones finding presents under the tree.
2. The inevitable mess of wrapping paper.
3. Bows being put on pet's heads.
4. Countless pictures of "look what you got" snap shots for albums.
5. Someone complaining about the the game or the parade on T.V.
6. The fact that the kids are bored already with what they got.
7. Something smelly coming from one of the grandparents?
8. The fact you have not yet cussed or shot one of the relatives yet.
9. The fact not been taken downtown and put in jail for the night.
10. Making the wee ones go EWWWW gross for kissing your spouse.
11. Having you're spouse say NO for the 100th time about catapulting the fruitcake someone gave you.

If you can see yes or no to all of these then you're sanity (what little there is left of it by now) will remain.

I just about feel out my chair laughing at a post made in the "Is this a Fun Server" post. The post made in it said that the big majority on the Champion server is Old and doesn't know how to have fun. So does this mean we should make a SG call Old Farts of Paragon?

If so we need to ask the Devs to develop canes for smacking young'ens, bent knees, sagging boobs, hunched backs and so forth, better yet, half our powers and toggles wouldn't kick on due to alztimers because we forgot what the heck they do, super jump would only go half way then land causing damage to you, sagging boobs could be used as close ranged weapons doing smashing damage and causing stun, superspeed could only go a block before you're endurance gave out completely and you Endurance reductions, and powers that enhance recovery did not function right.

Two big bonus's though would be if we get discounts for being senior hero citizens it should be half of whatever we'd have to pay anywhere for anything and we have the emergency I've fallen and can't get up "MEDICAID" click power where upon defeat we are rescued by a crack team of NPC medical personel who swoop in via ropes, gun down the entire area wiping everything out then revive us, check our vital and leave telling they'll contact our insurance provider.

Plus, we'd probably be the ONLY SG with a base staffed full of npc nurses and doctors in which yes, we get wheel chairs and walkers.

In LJ's statement, for me though it's not too many to name, it's just I have a broad range of art styles I like. Styles from Marc Silvistri and Jim Lee down to the guy who came up with the Tony the Tiger cereal character for frosted flakes. If it's something that appeals to me, it's good, they don't have to be high paid, reknown or famous. Just put something out there with a lot of effort behind it.

Unless that is wrong of me to think that artist don't do or feel that way about the stuff they create then it should all just be burned and crushed.

OMG my wife had to go lay down on the bed after seeing this, she was laughing so hard because it's so true. I got a kick out of it as well Peter, good thing to laugh at before heading off to work.

The 360 is nice, I have one, our boy has one (so he doesn't use mine HA!) so yes it is a nice system. But buying a system for one game alone is really not a good bargin unless you plan on using it as a DvD player as well. The Forced Unleashed, eh, its okay, had a friend who beat it in one night. And yeah, rating is a thing to look at for them like GoW and GoW2 are definately NOT games for an 8 yr old. Granted they could see and hear worse in movies and the news these games but wow, I don't think you'd enjoy your child running around the house yelling "That's five Mother*****!!!! at the top of his lungs." However if he can manage to tolorate RPG's, there are a couple good ones he could probably play as well.

The shortage of Wii's is a Nemesis plot I say!!!

Working is always a good option and lesson to start showing them. When they began to grasp the conscept of (results may vary between children) then it makes Christmas and Birhdays REALLY easy to plan for. I consider that a blessing thankfully.
