The Freedom Phalanx Reserve – Rise of the Phoenix

An Infinity super group is now recruiting new active members.

We are a growing group of team friendly heroes, with both new and experienced players. If you’re an active hero new to Paragon City and want to learn to play, or a seasoned veteran that likes to teach and mentor young heroes then consider joining the Freedom Phalanx Reserve.

What we offer:
*Friendly knowledgeable leaders.
*A team friendly environment. (members gladly willing to side kick lower level members)
*A welcoming atmosphere for new inexperienced heroes.
*A Mature group of gamers (members of all ages welcome just act mature)
*Contests and super group events.
*Influence assistance. (see below for details)
*A fully functional base.
All 7 transport beacons working, both basic and advanced work tables of both tech and arcane, and a medical transporter.
*A full super group costume. (optional)
*We promote based on levels of activity not on personality.

What we are not:
*We are not a prestige sweatshop we encourage members to remain in SG mode as much as possible but do not require it.
*We are not themed or roll play based. (However you are welcome to roll play all you want)
*We do not power level.
*We are not power gamers.
*We are not a place to park your alts. (15 days of no activity is an auto boot)

Below is a brake down of our influence assistance and promotion requirements:

Influence assistance program

To encourage members to remain in super group mode and to help those that do,

All members level 10 or less will receive 10,000 influence.
Then they and all currant members will receive influence on the following levels:
At level 12, 100,000 for level 15 DO’s
At level 17, 100,000 for level 20 DO’s
At level 22, 500,000 for level 25 SO’s
At level 27, 500,000 for level 30 SO’s
At level 32, 750,000 for level 35 SO’s
At level 37, 1,000,000 for level 40 SO’s
After that it should be easy to quickly make any influence needed for higher level SO’s

Also note that the about amounts will NOT pay for full sets of SO’s, this influence is instead meant to asset in offsetting the cost of enhancements and as a reward for remaining in super group mode.

Heroes must still manage their influence and make every effort to sell unneeded enhancements at the correct stores for maximum returns.

Promotions:
After 30 day of active service, you will receive a promotion to Authority.
After earning the group 500,000 prestige or with the support of two Justice Avengers you will receive a promotion to Phalanxer
After earning the group 1,500,000 prestige and with the support of a majority of members you will receive a promotion to Justice Avenger.

A long time ago a super group by the name of the Freedom Phalanx Reserve slowly died an inactive death. Now with the strengthening of super groups and the introduction of SG bases I would like to breath life back into a once strong and active group.

I am opening membership up to any active heroes of any AT between the levels of 10 and 20, as this is around the level of my newest hero and I want to build up a strong core group that will level up together. As we get into the 20’s I will continue to invite at all levels below and slightly higher then the core group.

Our only requirements are that you be truly active with what ever hero you wish to have join, as our numbers grow we will be working on our base and based on the direction the group wants to take maybe setting it up for PvP.

So If you looking for a friendly, active super group with long time knowledgeable leaders, and are between levels 10 and 20 please send me an in game tell to “Dark Tower.” with the period at the end.

If you’re new to the game within the last couple of weeks or mouths and want to really learn the game I especially want to here from you.

Why?

You know there are some very good guides out there that people have taken a lot of time and work to write.
They post them in the guides section because this section unlike many of the others is never purged, so that other will always have the benefit of there hard work and true love of this game.
It’s posts like this that cheeping all of their work and colluder up the guides section with meaningless worthless garbage, if this is a joke post a sad attempt to be funny or an attempt to point out the obvious it should have been posted in the general forums where it could quickly be forgotten.

Ok some questions first, there are going to be thousands of players on line for this event, and if the other night’s event showed us anything it’s that lag will the 500 pound elephant lumbering around the zone killing everyone.

Another thing is NO zone can hold 5000+ players, we end up with 15 to 20 intense of the zone, and if Jack is going to be playing “ I'll be playing the one and only Statesman! ”
How will we be able to play with/fight him as he will only be in one of the many zones?

And finally, Statesman and the Freedom Phalanx are most likely level 50’s or more, now while I know there are some players that are that high, there won’t be that many of them, or will this event be in Warburg, and we will all be bumped to 38?
