I hate this bug. It's a minor issue ultimately since it isn't crashing servers or corrupting data, but it is highly visible, distracting and annoying.

What's broken and why is it taking so long to fix? The key problem here is way back when, someone decided it would be a good idea to have three separate keyboard input interpreters and any changes done have to play "house of cards" game with the three. The current set of bugs began appearing a while back when we started making changes to implement the mission editor, which morphed into the Mission Architect.

I've no doubt that it will be fixed at some point; I just wanted to basically point out that, yes, we're aware of it and yes, we are trying to fix it. It's just an enormously more complicated task that it "should" be.

They have said that not having reliable repro steps makes this particular bug nigh-impossible to track down, so if anyone can figure out a way of making this happen 100% of the time, I'm sure those guys would name children after you or something.

Heya,

I'm looking for artists willing to take a crack at doing scenes from my uber-COH-story, THE COURSE OF SUPERHERO ROMANCE. While funds are really limited for me right now, artists who are not averse to doing free art can get some seriously good exposure from me adding your art (and art credit) in the PDF of the story. And since I've begun work on a sequel, that's another way to get your work noticed.

The story ranges 44 chapters, and has action, romance, quiet moments, drama, all that good stuff that challenges artists. And I do have a list of scenes I'd love to see drawn, but sometimes artists come up with even cooler stuff on their own, so far be it from me to stifle creativity!

If you'd like to take a shot at it, please let me know - I just don't have the funds to pay $100/picture (I wish I did).

From what I know, the delay has been that Leandro was SWAMPED with his real job. Since he and I chat almost every day, I know that he wants to get back to this, but real life just got in his way (also, with several updates being made to the MA, I gather he was waiting for them to be implemented before progressing).

A lot of the MA Planner is gathering of info - maps, costume pieces, factions, heroes, villains, contacts, etc. You might drop him a line and see what you (or folks you know) can do to help things along.

The Shard is gorgeous, as is Ouroboros. I was thinking more about those little pocket places you almost never notice. Like Westin Phipps' Haven House - if you didn't have him there, it'd still be a neat little place.

Others on my list are a particular mausoleum in Moth Cemetery, a little wooden bridge with old-fashioned lamplights near it in Perez Park, the Circle of Thorns ritual circle in the Hollows, that sort of thing. They're just small details, but they add character.
