Actually, the first thing I thought of for the "A Funny Thing Happened..." would be a CoX mission that is a recreation of THE TAKING OF PELHAM 1-2-3 (never saw the remake, so this is going off the original). I think a hero/villain rescue slugfest on the train would totally rock.

I don't know... considering some of the songs that got recommended here, we might get a couple of good production numbers... go for the whole STREETS OF FIRE thing. Or not.
However, COH: THE MOVIE would HAVE to be one of those films that has both a score and a soundtrack. Tossup on who would do the score - my top three votes would be Hans Zimmer (or hell, almost anyone from Remote Control Studios), Danny Elfman, and (as it's 7am, the name escapes me) the guy who did the score to IRON MAN.
