Your guide is really good but long. You might want to get a bit creative with bulleting or maybe put in a table of contents at the beginning. I've found that can be really helpful as I can just jump to the topic I want.

This is really good guide. I'm actually thinking about scrapping my Mind/Psi and rerolling with this powerset combination.

This is a great guide. The only thing I'd like to see in addition is what pool powers are taken most of the time.

Agreed. I'm not sayinig the OP is wrong because you can build your Dom. any way you want to. It's just that you are discounting some really good powers.
