Thanks for the builds guys. That gave me some good ideas and it is obvious I will have to shed more than the 800 million I originally planned for. I will look into the force mastery EPP and play with it a little bit. I,ll keep this thread updated with my final build in the future.

Hi blaster pros

I just came back recently and decided to roll a new main to get all that rust off. I tried different things such as Doms, def, controllers etc. Basically anything that wasn't a Brute/tank or scrapper since this is what I spent of my time before leaving.

I fell in love with my blaster and decided he was the chosen one. I'm lvl 43 at the moment and started to look at I/O builds. I'm not really good at it yet since this is a game mechanic that is new to me. My game time is pretty limited so I have to be honest, I didn't take the time to learn how to work with mid's yet. I took a look at a couple of build but am still unsure what I should go for.

I have 800 million inf to spend and want a build that would make me more survivable. The build is DP/MM/Ice since I do not want to go on the red side to get the scorpion ppp. Any help you guys can provide me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I like the builds I see here. Some of them are in my price range. I was just wondering what you guys would do with the Ice EPP instead of the scorpion shield. I'm not to interested in going red just for patron powers.

Im kind of new to I/Os so not to sure on how to go about this in Mids. Thanks for any help provided

So I came back 3 weeks ago and I just convinced another of my friends to comeback.
We want to build a duo of villains in Praetoria and bring them to the hero side in the end.

He wants to start a corruptor and it was also the next AT on my list. What would be the best corruptor duo you can think of. Or is this just a crazy idea and I should go for a more classical team up such as Brute and corruptor. Last, I want to ask if my Plant thorn dom with be a good combo with a corruptor.

3 different questions but the most important one is : "What is the best corruptor duo?"

Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. The reason I'm doing Fire Doms is that I have a Scrapper and a Controller already that use fire powers and I wanted a different flavor. Will start a plant/stone troller and see how it goes. Thanks again.

Hi everyone,

So I was gone from PC gaming in general for the last 3 years. However we recently got cable internet hooked to my new house and I decided to take a peek at my old love.

I have a lot of old heroes that have been waiting for me but I decided to start fresh to get back in the game and I wanted to live as a Praetorian.

On of the only 2 ATs I haven't played are Stalkers and Dominators. After a lot of reading on the forums and on the different wikis my choice is to go the Dominator way.

My two choices are as follow

Plant/Earth: I've always wanted to play a Plant dom but my first 50 was a spine scrapper and for concepts reasons I couldn't wrap my head around anything other than thorns which is almost identical to spine. The thing is I don't see a lot of threads on that build and I'm wondering why that is the case. Is the combo any good?

Elec/?: My two choices for secondary are Electric or Energy. I do not know which one to choose but Electric is higher on the list because I know how much people hate the KB when you are in teams.


So, what I really want to know is if Plant/Earth is any good because that is really my first choice. If Elec/EM and Elec/Elm builds are more efficient I'll take that route.

Honestly, I never really had a problem with this zone. Everytime I hit lvl 5 I went there and had a ball and could do that Frostfire mission over and over. The reason I do not go there anymore is simple: I need my temp travel and now I can get it in KR. In addition, its easier to find a team in KR now and do police scan missions since they require less running/jumping/flying. I think the changes are great but I would be surprised its going to bring me back to the Hollows

OK so looked at the French COH/V website and the UK and they have this great little message that it will be postponed to the 16th. Do we have the same issues on US servers? Probably!. Being of good nature I would assume that the US players did not get an announcement because they expect to fix it before the end of the day being that the 16 in EU will still be the 15th for us.

Ok I have been roaming on Victory and Pinnacle without success. When I ask in the broadcast 90% of the people are totaly clueless and usually answers:" It starts on the 19th" TO which I reply : No. The 2nd part supposedly starts today on Dec. 15".

So the previous post gives us a good idea of what is happening. However, I am a little bit dissapointed that the devs do not post something about this. (I might be grumpy cause im tired. I stayed up till midnight and had to get up at 5 am ) SO im not really whining but am strongly wondering.

Ill be cheking here for some more information and will definitely be posting if any new information comes up.
