  1. To the OP, if you happen to choose Willpower, then I strongly recommend checking out Heraclea's "Complete Amazon" guide (there's a link to it in her sig). I've made two WP tankers, one Super Strength and one Energy Melee, following some suggestions from that guide, and I'll tell you from experience that it handles beautifully. Even if your character conceptually isn't an "Amazon," (as mine aren't) her suggestions work. She shows you how to start a tanker and strip away the three main things that might make your early game boring and frustrating: 1) being too squishy to tank properly, 2) not doing enough damage, and 3) running out of endurance too easily.

    Ever.

    Really.

  3. Is there any sort of workaround for the time being?

Let's say your bio turns into a wall of text. We know that not opening your Personal Info window will keep it intact, right?

So... is it possible to go back to the I.D. screen, reinsert the hard returns, and then not open the Info window again? Will that possibly get the bio back to normal, at least when others look at it?
  4. I'm having the opposite problem! My account is less than a month old, and I've never leveled a character past about 14 or so. But for some reason, when I login and try to create a new hero, most of the time the epic archetypes will suddenly unlock for no reason! I never created any because it would obviously be exploiting a bug. But still, this is pretty weird.
  5. Just thought I'd comment here. I never attack somebody else's mobs if it looks like they have it under control.

There are some situations where I'll jump in, though. If I see a hero with a tiny sliver of health left and a strong enemy at full or nearly-full hp attacking them, I'll watch for a moment to see if they can handle it. If they heal themselves or start using inspirations, I'll leave them alone. They'll probably be fine. But if a) it looks like they can't heal or buff themselves and the enemy is not going down, or b) the player is clearly overwhelmed and actively trying to escape, then I go in and drop that enemy so it doesn't chase them down and finish them off.

Afterward I always send a tell to let the player know my intentions. Something along the lines of, "Hi, I didn't mean to interfere, but it looked like you were in trouble." People usually say "Thank you" or toss me a free buff, so I guess they don't have a problem with this approach. And even if they didn't need or want the help, at least they know I wasn't trying to grief them. Do you think that's pretty decent etiquette for the situation?

Also, if I'm playing my Trick Arrow toon, and I see a melee character's mobs starting to scatter and run, I'll shoot off some Entangling Arrows or a Glue Arrow to help them out. It does no damage and takes none of their xp. I just know the aggravation that ensues when you're a melee toon and you have to chase down that last fool who runs halfway across the zone.
