Yeah recharges work fine with Regen, have tohits in for my SR as well though, cause I'd rather use it less and save on end. But I cant see the point of tohits in anything other than ToF

I sometimes got over clicking with my attack chain on AVs and lost the perma before, I learnt by my second SR though, but it could just have been that

Did you check out the end cost? Having to hit twice is alright, unless it costs you more end to do it

I've taken the weaken combo, because unlike the rest of the powers its rather too helpful to skip. I have thought of removing all DB once I get my epic pool but it would rather limit me on TFs

Am going Elec/Mental for the AoE goodness.

No Ice Armour was thrown aside because of the slows. Fury builds on attacks not hits. It matters not if you dodge the attack you still build fury. Ice slowed foes down which stopped them being able to hit you............ the fact Dark fears them and stuns them means I really dont get the rejection of ice but there you go.

Oh and proof defence works for a brute can be seen in Invul (which other than S&L is a defence based set) and Energy Armour (which is also def based)

Just figuring SR with higher HPs and Aid Self would actually be very survivable, adding quickness to fury I'd think a Fire/SR would work great. But I'm not really up for a third SR character or a third fire melee

Inventions can easily take you to the soft defence cap on an SR. If you do that I cant see why you cant tank with one (as Ice Tanks normally do fine and all)

I mostly listen to Planet Rock radio when I play, but when I'm bruting I tend to listen to a lot of Megadeth and Black Label Society instead. I move from classic rock to some nice heavy riffs instead
