like you're the only regen I've teamed with. Besides I watched you get held by MIs that was funnier than anyone planting
-
The only scrapper I know of that stuggles with Carnie alphas is Inv. At least that's my experience, I must have just teamed with a load of lucky or good regens.......... I go with lucky
-
I think its one of the highest toggles in the game, but I thought it was less that Choking Cloud and Artic Air.
Just checked Nofuture and it lists it at 2.6 with CC as 2.03 and AA as 2.08........... It seems wrong to me because the other two toggles are more crippling and on alts that dont have all the DA armours to run too. Hmmmmm -
The villains get added to the boards, you can just only read them in heros
I was the Carnie nemesis with mine, but I didn't know until someone on Heros sent me a tell -
Oh I'm all for melee when it's me hitting, but when they hit back I like them to step back and shoot me, it hurts less. And that's what I use AA for, mostly I get to choose who's melee and who's not.
Yeah it is only a small stoppage of KD with the imob, but normally enough for them to hurt me greatly (Keith's a Rad, he doesn't feel pain the way a dom does) -
TT doesn't stop KB. It is my scrappers only real AoE and I love it, but a KB stopper it is not
-
Its the EN that fire have over Dark, and they REALLY have that over dark, cause darks end res is pants
-
Not bad at all, taking a bit of a break from villains to play my defender, then maybe working on my MM, there's no magic for my Dominator in 40-50 so he's fine as is.
-
actually the brute is the only alt I have that actually gains something usefull from his patron powers. I've taken two, I cant find two powers in a set for any of my other alts that I want.
-
You need to watch a Spines/Regen get held by an MI and all her illusionist pets to truely apreciate the change in mez protection. It always made me laugh at least.
But yeah my tank's been held by CoT through his in PP now. Nice change huh? -
I might be having to go out at 9pm on thursday. If you want to give someone else my spot and put me in as reserve brute that would probably make sense.
-
3rd endred in AA makes it useable, definitely. I plan to slot 3 confuse in mine if I ever go back to playing the guy.
I might try adding 2 Range to Frost breath, but doing that would lose me an Endred and a Rechgred so I'll probably test at a shop level.
Shiver I dont have, but I might take later, my slow's + Jacks slows with the aura's is enough for PvE
Ice Patch, yep 3 slots and hasten, almost perma, the power of the set (or is it AA, one of them)
I dont have any imobs, they break Ice Slick and stop people backing out of melee when AA is running. As I value those powers, I dont want to break them
ISC I tend to use towards the end of fights when teaming, end cost seems high, it hangs slightly (does it still???) and generally draws attention. FB I use when recharged, possibly my main attack
I have jack fully slotted. He@s the only thing I have against bosses most of the time and so i keep him
sleep i dont use as slick wakes them up
i run cj to stop from being stuck with qan imob cause ice has that possitional element. i guess that would be the same as your use of hover
cant see anything that you are doing wrong. corners + ice slick + frost breath is my favourite solo tactic. other than that i think i play the same as everyone else -
I like it best flat out on the floor surounded by bodies......... pass mine while you're there DC
-
Dont discount /cold either, they're imensely usefull against AVs
-
I will die fighting the Malta AV btw, this is intentional, I want to stun him with my self rez.
-
Is this a must have nukes and shivans situation?
If not Dark Mist is ready willing an able.
If so, good luck guys -
I like DM, but DM is very much a single target killer and it can really get to you if you're soloing and wind up with a "defeat all" mission, cause you cant easily gather a group for the Soul Drain. if you team a lot though DM is great, normally more than enough foes around to hit that god mode, the lovely debuffs for AVs that your team will not know you've done and give you no credit for, and just generally the single target killer of the team. On the other hand you can herd with spines nicely, its got a good mix of powers and a great ability to grab and hold agro. As a regen agro means nothing to you
-
if you're the right origin you can light the slick
I like Acid Arrow, I use it on my troller, all the time, every chance I get, I dont think 3 recharges is overkill -
Tell Xanth you need someone who knows what they're doing in your team and all will be fine. He lays down the instructions clearly during the raid, a certain idiot will tell you to do other things but Xanth and the Targeter are the only people you need to listen too. They make it easy, jelly killing by numbers
