Ill try give u some help haakene for i have a lvl 32 MA/regen scrapper that seems to work very well i have based him on gettin his regen right...i got him alot of slotted heals made up of increase heals and recharge speed works very well together also i have the power CHI based on my damage dealer by purely slotting it with recharge speed giving me alot of chances to dish some damage out the rest of my powers are based on giving my scrapper increased attack accuracy and racharge time .(the faster ure attacks charge the more ure gunna hit and the more u hit the more u damage) also i didnt bother with stamina get ure self quick
recovery that and slot that heavily works just aswell leaving me with alot of spare pool powers to get .now all thats left is wat travel power u would get ya self my scrapper has flight and i like it but the true scrapper travel power is super speeed its good for hit and run tactics ..and thats about it

i would say energy blasters for they are based on DAMAGE dealing although fire aint bad for mobs

I have being puzzled on wat to get my blaster for his travel power if to get him flght for combat, SS for a hit and run tactic ore just plain speed and fun with SJ ore wat about tp ?

yea but id love a blaster to be PvP built,it would be nice to see a high damage SO'd blaster with flight in warburg not being able to be touched by most scrapper and tankers without flight.

I have being thinking of making a blaster and getting him flight so i can stay away from nasty brutes! think that would be effective?

well im finding that i cant hit much anymore i was fighting a scrapper the otherday and he was hittin me but i was missin like all the time i duno wat it is shall i apply some SOs???

i think it will even out when u get more poeple of COV reach higher lvl

i just want to know why my hero cant hit a thing even with chi on its just so stupid ever since i6 they just muckin everything up

uhm im thinkin most of em about 16-25 ish but its just they die so fast lol

Fly is very good i have it,its very good to make escapes in and scout around its also a very safe and easy way to get around:P

Ok to start villians! should be arder in PvP i can run through with Coston my Ma/regen scrapper and take masterminds out in 3 hits also stalkers are good but once there hide's down they die straight away i just think the villians are a lil to week it seems the villians never stand a chance even brutes i give 1 a challange and killed him Np just seems a lil to easy

Yeah i do seem to notice the hero base is never under seige its always the vills, but the hero base is so well protected
i dont think they would dare enter
