I' just hoping the lag is better in the zone, or you guys are gonna have to tp me everywhere cos it's completely unplayable to me in the zone itself!

Missions are fine though, so if someone can tp me to the door and I'll my best to actually get in!

Dropped Stamina, seems less use now, added end recs ro everything and brought in the defences from Tough and Weave, just got to get used to having them again

Means I can add slots elsewhere as well, such as heals and stuff, which is nice

Actually, what I do is change the setting in the options for naming heroes to turn off all hero names apart from the one selected. That way only Xiro is highlited amongst the crowd, makes it much easier to spot where he is and then I set him to follow as well, spamming attacks as necessary.

Friday 28th October

Ok, so here's the plan.....revenge!

Yeah I know not very original, but I don't care, I want revenge on those freaks from the prom.....the whole damn school!!!

I've been practicing some more with my new powers and I'm getting pretty good. As well as my dark shield, I can focus all my strength into one fast punch or I can do a lot of smaller, faster punches and really let rip with it! Should be more than enough to stop the likes of Mike Roberts and his football friends. Only trouble is, it really tires me out if I use them for too long, I was, like, totally shattered last night when I got home. No worries, will be able to take them out fast enough.

Another advantage of my shield, covers me all over, including my head, so I don't need to wear a disguise or anything. Means I don't have to look like some stupid hero wannabe as well, no masks for me, no way!

Just to be careful though, I'm gonna wear something I wouldn't normally. Instead of my usual shirt and tie I'm gonna wear some jeans and a t-shirt, plus, I grabbed my brothers biker jacket. It's a bit big for me but at least no one will recognise me easily. Can't get rid of my damn specs though, still blind without them. Ah well, the mist covers that up nicely.

Anyway, plan is this. After school finishes, I'm hanging around for a while. It's dark enough after football practice finishes that no one will spot me hanging around, no one ever takes any notice of me anyway, except to ram my head in the toilet. So I'll wait nearby and wait for Roberts and his cronies to come out......then I'm gonna beat the living [censored] out of them!!

Man, this is gonna be freaking cool!!

The night started off fairly low key, but soon built up the tension as some of the players had trouble getting their toons across to the Test Server to compete. Things soon got going, however, and a lot of heroes from all four servers came to show their support....

The first scheduled match was between the teams from the Defiant Server and the Vigilance Server. Would Defiant be able to avenge the loss the server suffered in the finals of the Heavyweight Tournament?

Well, after a titanic struggle, the Defiant team, the Ninja Pornstars, emerged victorious!

Soon after the Defiant victory came another epic struggle, this time between the teams from the Union Server and the Zukunft Server, this time the victory went to the Retromaniacs Mini, from the Zukunft Server!

After claiming their wins, the two teams faced each other, both showing respect and honour to their opponents...

Finally, the match was upon us. An epic struggle on the banks of the forest, the match was both intense and strategic, but finally, only one team could emerge the winners.....The Retromaniacs Mini, from the Zukunft Server!!!!

And so the Super Summer Slam Spectacular event finally came to an end. With many incredible matches and players of all sizes, skills and powers, it's been a truly magnificent ride and it's been a pleasure to watch and record it all

Congratulations go out to both Zukunft and Vigilance for their victories, in both weight classes. Two excellent teams and both worthy winners!



And finally.....

To help keep us amused, we had a demonstration of some seriously impressive footwork from our beloved Forum Moderators, Bridger, Amboss and Midoh.....

They laughed at me.

They all LAUGHED AT ME!!!

I knew it. I knew I shouldn't have gone to the damn prom!! Bloody Stacey Benson and her cronies!! Stupid bunch of Barbie wannabes! I only asked if she wanted to dance, that's all! So what if she's a couple of years older than me, she didn't have to do that, she didn't have to HUMILIATE ME!!

A single dance, that's all I wanted...

No, they had to just laugh at me and make me look stupid! Damnit, even the school nerds were laughing, pretty certain that some of the teachers were as well! Only one who didn't was the new girl, Katrina something. Probably doesn't know who the cool kids are yet.

And as for Mike Roberts, he's so gonna get it, I'll think of a way.

Maybe that book will help me.

Wednesday 26th October

Hmm, this could be interesting.

After running out of the prom I took a different route home, came through Steel Canyon instead of Kings Row, fed up with all the damn clocks roaming around in there. Big mistake, I know, I forgot about all the stupid Circle's in there as well.

But lucky me, I was "saved" by a "Hero"...Ooooooooh, aren't I the lucky one!

You know, I hate the heroes as much as I hate the Populars at school! I bet all the heroes were the same at school, all cheerleaders and sport stars, yeah, I bet that's how they kept winning at sports, their damn powers! Cheaters, the lot of them, no respect for us "geeks" who actually get things done in the world! Ahh, they'll learn, you watch!

Anyway, I found this book as I was walking home. A bunch of wizards from the Circle of Thorns were in Steel fighting one of the loser heroes, I recognized him from TV, the one who throws coins at people (yeah, really scary!) Anyway, he knocked these wizards on their [censored], sent them flying actually, and one of them dropped a book, right next to my feet. They were too busy legging it to wonder where the book was, so I picked it up as they ran away. I didn't know what it was at the time, thought it might be something I could sell. Heh, I won't be doing that!

It's some kind of magic book. I had a read of it after school today (the "Populars" were still ragging on me after the prom, losers!) and it's got some really cool stuff in it! At first I thought it was all in gibberish, but it's just a different language, so I scanned it into my computer and used the translation program I have for Spanish homework (yeah, like I'm ever going to Spain!) and patched it in with the decoding software I got from Astalavista. About an hour later, hey presto, a magic book filled with spells for me to use!

Best of all, one set of spells is designed to tap into some sort of Dark Universe and "enhance" the spell caster. I think I'll give it a go tomorrow, should be fun!

Thursday 27th October

OH MY FREAKING GOD!!!!

This is INCREDIBLE!!!

Ok, I did that spell, the dark universe one? Seems I managed to do it fine. At first, like, TOTALLY scary! This black mist covered me all over, made me float in the air and spin around! Like I say, totally freaky!

Then, I heard these weird voices, in the distance, mumbling and chanting something...then the freaky mist went inside me!!!

Jeez, I was totally bugging! I ran off to the bathroom, tried to, I dunno, wash it out of me or something! I caught me reflection in the bath cabinet, MY FREAKING EYES WERE BLACK!!!!

I was sat there, shaking and rocking myself when I heard Mom downstairs, so jumped up quick and my eyes were normal again! Man, I was so freaked out I actually ran downstairs and gave Mom a hug! She looked at me like I was a mentalist or something! Can't say I blame her though.

Anyway, I went back to my room and sat thinking. Then it happened. I was thinking about the mist and what it might do to me and the mist started to seep out of me and covered me all over....and I felt so STRONG! I picked my bed up...in ONE HAND!!!

Totally cool!!

So I went out, didn't wanna freak out Mom if she came into my room. She's always doing that, so annoying, total lack of privacy! Anyway, I went out to the school yard, I knew no one would be there. I thought I'd give myself a test and DAMN, but I rock!! Pick up a stone and then concentrated. The black mist comes out again, CRUSHED the rock in my fingers! How cool is that!!

And best bit, I can move my hands like lightning!! I punched the school wall about a dozen times in a second....and broke right through it! Glad no one was about, don't need to get busted for that!

Last test I tried, I acted like a total noob. Pick up this massive rock from the school field, one of those stupid modern art things, massive it is, but I managed to pick it up real easy. Then I slipped on a empty bag of chips. Like I said, total loser. But here's the cool part&....the big rock fell on me and didn't hurt!! Well, ok, a little bit, but it should have squashed me flat and it didn't, just landed on the mist and bounced off. All I got was a little bruise on my arm and that was it!

Man, I am so gonna get the "Populars" now!! I have a plan....

I'm working Tuesday night now, so any night apart from that is fine with me

Guess I need to re-spec first though, and do some testing, wasn't pleasant that at all. It's still gonna be hard anywa, bt at least we'll be a bit more prepared for it all this time

Yeah, I was in the right channels, I tried again last night and actually heard voices, although as I didn't know the people involved I felt kinda icky, so I left quick, but at least I know it works

Well, I installed this tonight, to see what it's like, got onto the Supergroup hub lists, but couldn't hear anyone talking, even though there were people on it.

Am I missing something, or doing something wrong?
