I kinda hate how people judge a set without even playing or even see it live yet. Oh well I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will be good sets.

Hah! I got it! They are raising the level cap to 60, all new contacts and missions in this alternate Paragon City. They did say more to do for level 50's....

I belive the outbreak virus is actually a rikti mutagen, so you still need the rikti.

I have a DM/ELA, and she is owning in the 40's. Then again the -end and - recov protection really helps at those levels.
