    EA vs TA

    Can't dodge kinda entangling arrow, web grenade when player is in overload. (normal status as well)

    It has 95% chance to be hitted, even player used overload, it still has 95% change to be hitted.

    isn't it physical type debuffs? why can't defense against it?

    SR can dodge but EA can't :/
  2. When i use entropic Aura at non-stealth status and no nearby mobs status, it has 5+3.5% base recharge reduction by entropic shield (by Combat attributes Monitor)

    but with Energy Cloak, that recharge effect fades.

    Intended or not ?

    I heard Entropic Shield recharge rate fomular is 5+3.5 base% + 3.5% Rech per mobs.


    Conclusion : Entropic Aura's base recharge effect is suppressed when player toggle energy cloak.

    I'm controller, but i didn't use respec token, because it's too expensive for me.

    But after patch, i can use PFF in mace mastery! though i'm controller.
  4. I respec my controller today (by patch notes),

    but can't learn any of mace mastery. (disruptor blast, focused acc, summon tarantula)

    Of course, i have learned poisonous ray, scorpion shield.

    Please fix immediately!

    And, I'm curious about why devs don't give respec token to controller.

    they sealed my past mace mastery power!
  5. Controller have 7 controls.

    Earth, Fire, Gravity, Ice, Illusion, Mind, Plant.

    But Dom just have 6 control powers!

    Earth, Fire, Gravity, Ice, Mind, Plant

    It's unfair, devs!

    Why controllers have 7 , doms have 6?

    Hibernate&Phase is still good but it has long CD
  7. First, i'm not QQing about this power and i'm not fluent in english, please understand.


    Many villains complain about this overpowred power pool.


    psi blast has 2 heavy burst damage with insanely fast activation time.


    The mainly overpowred skills in psi blast is will domantion and telekinetic blast.


    i'm not complain about this damage, but psi blast's activation time is too short.


    psi lance (or psi dart) - mental blast - will domination - telekinetic blast = dead


    another blaster's power pool has 2+ second gap, so villains can take any action against blaster's attack.

    but psi blaster can't do that.

    because ( mental blast - will domination - telekintic blast ) being hit in 1 second!



    the reason why 'psi is overpowred' is 70+% of blaster are psi blaster in freedom server.

    and many villains in RV complain about psi blaster.


    it's not a coincidence. it's reality.



    then... how to fix?


    increase activation time telekinetic blast or will domination 1 sec to 1.7+ sec.

    or

    will domination -> change like siren's song (damage = 0, sleep)

    But Psi blast has fast attack chain. 80ft ranged attacks. with range boost, it boosts 80 to 130ft.
    Heavy Ranged attacks at 130 ft long. Hmm.. It's non-cast sniping isin't it?

    And can you explain why psi blaster are common in RV?

    tk blast's activation time is just 1 sec
    blazing arrows = 1.83
    shout = 2.67
    pwr burst = 2
    blaze is only 1 , but it has short range.

    blazing arrows is 80 but has long activation time.


    In Rv, it's easy to find psi blaster.
    why psi blast is familiar in pvp zone?
    because it's overpowered i guess.
  10. Crazy fast activation time. (especially tk blast)
    Long Range (Most of Psi powers have 80 feet range. With boost range+PVP IO = 4 non-cast snipes!)
    Psi Damage.

    It's no doubt psi blast is overpowered in pvp zones.
