Biggest Troll on the forums? I'll give you a hint:
When i use entropic Aura at non-stealth status and no nearby mobs status, it has 5+3.5% base recharge reduction by entropic shield (by Combat attributes Monitor)
but with Energy Cloak, that recharge effect fades.
Intended or not ?
I heard Entropic Shield recharge rate fomular is 5+3.5 base% + 3.5% Rech per mobs.
Conclusion : Entropic Aura's base recharge effect is suppressed when player toggle energy cloak.
