Didn't mean it's gonna be 100% the same.

I also said "have a [Hide] power and a [Smoke Flash] power", didn't say "have the [Hide] power and the [Smoke Flash] power"
Guess I should have said "have a hide-like power" >_<

Ofcause there is gonna be alterations to the powerset if it became useable to scrappers.

Ofcause it wouldn't be called Hide. Maybe Stealth as PRAF68 said. Since part of the art of Ninjitsu is being able to go around stealthy/hidden.

How about something like the [Web Envelope] from Mace Mastery set or [Wide Area Web Grenade] from the Arachnos Soldier set. (both pretty much the same)
As it would be more a weapon skill and less ninja like.
However I fear this might be a bit to powerful then. But looking at Web Envelope is from a patron powersets. This wouldn't be a problem.

This powerset is getting my full support. I definitely want this, and I bet a large part of the player/fanbase would want this.

The title pretty much says it most of it.

But here is my view on it.
At first I was thinking of giving Scrappers a Ninjitsu powerset like Stalkers.
But after looking at the powerset over and over again, it made me think, that a ninja gotta have a [Hide] power and a [Smoke Flash] power to avoid danger.

So basicly the powerset would just be copy/pasted from the Stalkers to Scrappers.

Ofcause Stalkers would loose the uniqueness of being the only class with that powerset
But then again what does Scrappers have that no one else have?

Dual Gun Mastery
This has been wanted for sometime as a powerset for Scrappers/Brutes etc so making it a Epic imo would be a lot easier an quicker.

1st Power
Caltrops - Normal Caltrops you get the idea. Ranged targeted AoE -Speed -Rech

2nd Power
Dual Wield - Same as the Mastermind power. Changed to fit a scrapper would also like to see it have a chance for disorient. Ranged moderate damage chance for disorient.

3rd Power
Empty Clips - Again same as Mastermind power. Only really buff up damage making the power do ¾ of the damage at the start an then the last ¼ DoT. Ranged Cone moderate/High damage

4th Power
Whirling Guns - You Spin round in a 360degree arc Shooting every Foe that gets in your way. The animation would say look similar to Whirlwind but shooting making this a PBAoE Like burn but with no fear component. Would like it to be a good damage dealer, and a decent size PBAoE say 20Ft/15ft which ever is more balanced. PBAoE High damage.

I really like this idea, however the first power shouldn't be Caltrops IMO. Don't really think it fits in.
At first I was thinking it should be Single Shot instead. But since you are dual wielding a pair of guns and it is an epic power, it sounds kinda weak.

But then I was thinking maybe Aimed Shot, since it would have a bit more power then.
However if a "mob-control" power is needed it should be Web Grenade then.
