Cien Fuegos real name is classified.He was trained in virginia but spent his youth in a secret army facility near washington.He was recruited into a secret government operation after his parents secretly disappeared. At age 8 he was building Nuclear powered weapons with "uncles" ( mad scientist). At age 13 he was recruited into Vanguard secret power unit. He was then endowed with fire blast power by using serum 123 and then being bombared with nuclear energy. at age 23 he retired from his special commando unit and built a suit to host his nuclear fire power and to give him flight energy punchs and body armor.
The Armor
The Armor built by cien fuegos is made of celestial armor, he found some when he was in his commando unit attacking Olympus,The Armor 9 Mark I) is an intelligent, ancient, and conscious weapon with scientific origins. It is one of thirteen artifacts of similar kind, of which only five have been revealed to date: the Dialus, the Cinfire, the Darkness, the Amber stone, and the Eye of Darkness. It is the offspring of the universe's opposing aspects, the Darkness and the Cinfire (the dark and the light). The Armor is a God symbol to act as a balance, which must have a pure heart as a host. The Armor is sought by Crey International, . It forms a symbiotic relationship with the host, who can hear the God Ares. When used, it expands across the body of the wielder, shredding clothes and covering the body like an armour. The amount and coverage of the armour depends on the level of the threat. For example, when facing mortals, it will usually generate less armour than when facing a demon of hell. This armor can produce extensions of itself that can form energy shields, other stabbing weapons, hooks, chains, shields, and wings, enabling the wielder to fly. It may also become temperamental if it chooses not to be used. When wielded, it can shoot energy blasts from the hand or sword, fire projectile darts, and whip-like grapples to attack or to climb. The Armor is also an excellent lock pick, and can heal wounds, even mortal ones. The Armor can re-animate the dead, empathically show the wielder scenes of great trauma, and allow the wielder to relive experiences from past wielders as dreams.
History
Cien Fuego was born September 8, 1971, and is of Spanish Mexican descent. His major enemies are Crey Industries Internatational(He briefly dated the CEO before discovering her evil nature) and Diablo. Cien has above average intelligence, and is very athletic.He has military training in hand-to-hand combat, weapons, and tactics. The Armor grants Cien many unique abilities, including the power to heal himself, to create armor over his skin to manipulate energy and even winged flight. he has yet to explore the full limits of the armor, and thus does not know what other mystical abilities it possesses. When not overly active, the amulet can assume the form of a belt, allowing him to wear the weapon without drawing attention. The armor is a sentient artifact; as such,He does not have complete control over its actions and reactions.
As a spy for the vanguard in Kings Row, Cien was on an undercover case at the Rialto Theater, both he and his partner, Michael Angelo were mortally wounded. Taken to crey industries a man named Diablo, who had built simiar armor to cien, put it on him in a search of the secrets to unlocking its power.While Cien lay dying, the armor of his enemy met his own armor and they unified. Both armors melded and made its choice to include him in the long line valient men it has shared its power with. The armor healed wounds and allowed him to survive a fight with diablo and crey. Since then, he has seen many things he never knew existed, fought creatures that have no place on Earth, and longed for the days of a typical solider. But he continues her struggle with the Armor, believing that he can do more good with the weapon than without. So the battle for control continues, as Cien learns more about this mysterious artifact of power and struggles to stem its violent nature. he has been going through a grueling ordeal fighting off a giant demon (a false "god" summoned by a group of priests)
Powers
Flame Blast
Cien Fuegos, based on the scientific experiments during his youth, can project fire at targets, causing them to take damage and possibly catch fire and burn. he is capable of launching a powerful fireball at a target which will explode on impact.
Energy Manipulation
Using the Armor energy reserves he is able to concentrate his internal energy in his fists; when making contact with a foe this energy is released to devastating effect, often disorienting or knocking his foes back great distances.
