    Those are easy to answer
    Basicly i was going for max dmg hence the possie proc in stalag and the 2 hold procs in gasses.

    Didn't put a proc in snow storm basically because earth is pretty end heavy and spamming immobs and holds for the procs to fire and running snow storm would be to draining.
    Besides i have enough dmg there without it.

    Tornado same thing .. max damage and using freezing rain for debuffs as its def/res anyway and its always up.

    KB proc ? heh don't need one, everything is locked down already

    Backbone of my dmg comes from Gasses or earthquake with stalag,cages spammed and freezing rain thrown in for good measures.LS and tornado are always used and quickly take down anyone left standing.
    During a farming run i hardly ever use Stoney prefering to just herd with hurricane to a nice corner and just AoE the mob

    Typical mob is QS,Gasses,Cages/stalag those not held,FR,cages,LS,Fissure,Cages,fissure = pretty much results in dead mobs.

  2. Just an FYI about the +Recharge proc.
    It has about a 6 second(approx) suppression so it won't roll the dice for a hit in those 6 seconds.

    It will roll after the 6 seconds is up so if you have 2 +recharge procs both will fire after those 6 secs

    It is being resisted by any powers that give recharge resistance.(quickness is 1).

    And claws animation seems all wonky, Slash animation seems to have changed and its playing on focus and shockwave and Evis is hardly playing at all

    Like Nightmarer said its not worth slotting for tohit debuffs, just slot 3x recharge and throw 2 dam procs in it

    I've found quite the opposite and it sleeps more than it confuses.
  22. Blinding powder rarely confuses so whether you want to keep the confuse set in it i dunno but it is a hell of a long recharge even with 3 recharge reduxs.
    FYI Touch of Death has good awful Acc .. something like 46% acc.
