hate to say it but your going to be seen by every tom robert and harry in pvp without stealth and invis not to mention you won't beable to hit a thing because all your attacks are only 1 slotted with Acc enhancers.
My advice
Remove the heals from instant healing (only a drop of about 150% ish heal rate) and focused chi and add more acc to attacks.
drop fasthealing till after lvl 40 and pickup stealth before lvl 30
don't bother taking PPP powers as theres plenty of power from the primary and secondry set that do a much better job ie fast healing,cobra strike,invis.
If you need more slots drop the slots off heal as its regen rate is low. -
you've no idea how happy we are to have cap and blizz in our VG

thats going to be very end heavy also you have no stealth and invis so won't stand a cat in hells chance of pvping.

You've got 3 attacks .. 1 of which isn't slotted and 1 with only 1 Acc in it.
personaly i would slot those up above all else. -
This is why i've stopped giving advice on the forums about builds as each person has there own opinions as to the best build and we can argue the toss all day as to whats better.
i'll just say in closing i prefer 3 and leave it at that -
flashing and sting are 3 times the dmg when slotted but most ppl wouldn't slot divine for dmg anyway.

I think your seriously wasting your time with a pet in PVP but each to there own i guess.
personaly i found caltrops to be alot more usefull as you can drop them from hide and not be unhidden. -

Then the only difference is moment of start counting (when you hit the toggle or when it's 'active') and when you actualy measure it again. 18 second difference between 2 and 3 slotted.
2 slots 120 second recharge.
3 slots 102 second recharge. -
hide 1 slotted is 4.5%(melee/ranged) def .. 3 slotted its 5.9%(melee/ranged) def.
I think theres better things to slot. -
theres better things to slot than hide also you won't need ranged def as you'll be in melee range anyway.
As for the pet most ppl will ignore it anyway. -

tbh prefectly honest if your going to PVP you'll have to drop blinding powder and the pet to fit everything into your build that you would actualy use.
as for dmg divine does zero dmg, zzap is situational at best and the pet won't last 2 seconds in pvp which leaves you with 2 attacks to cycle through.
you do the math.
Sting and flashing are both medium dmg btw and shouldn't be overlooked. -
slot divine with defbuffs not dmg .. it does very little dmg anyway and is only good for the defbuff.
still lacking on dmg tho.
I'd strip blinding power down to just 2 acc and put the slots into attack powers and also drop hide to just the 1 def enh -

The even level 2 SOs in PB with a fraction of a second downtime was without quickness. Checked the builders and it is the same as PB, 2 even level SOs should give a downtime of .05 second +3s give you a 7 second overlap. That said you really dont want any downtime regardless ofhow small due to the fact that it may have to stack behind an attack chain and sods law means thats when a hold will sneak through.

I have my Rin 3 slotted with +3 SO's and get a 8-10 second overlap so i can't understand how a 2 slotted Rin with +3's would give the same ?

you'll be seriously struggling with that build as most of your attack powers are nowere near slotted enough.
The reason you want pretty much all of the fully slotted is because no matter what you do you'll always end up scrapping unless you go along way to run away after each AS.
Slot them up or you just won't enjoy playing at all as your dmg will be to low.
Don't slot Rin for dmgres its a waste of time.
Kuji-in sha should be fully slotted as thats your ONLY heal.
slotting health is a waste of time. the regen is far to low.
Zzap does quite good dmg from hide but has a bugger of a long firing time .. needs an interupt redux .. 2 acc 3 dmg 1 interupt redux. -

nin/nin is pretty tight also the lvl you take powers are important.

Thats the bear bones imo as other powers are situtational at best like smoke flash and blinding powder.
the only thing about slotting is to slot kuji-in Rin with 3 recharge ,some ppl say 2 is perm but thats aload of cack as 3 gives an 8 second overlap without hasten.
Danger sense is your main end eating toggle so defo 2 end reduxs on that if you can .. preferably 2 on both.
don't take gamblers cut its min dmg. -

figures just off the top of my head for ET and TF are something like 11.00 end per use problem is when you start scrapping and trust me you will have to nomatter what set your playing that can add up very quickly and drain your end very fast. -

AS dosn't need 3 ACC so swap 1 for a dmg and remove the end redux for a recharge.
i'd pull 2 def buffs off hide and drop one on energy punch as an ACC and drop the other on hasten as a recharge.
personal i would drop stun altogether.. maybe pickup something more usefull.
not to sure about jumpkick .. the acc is bad aswell as the animation time.. don't really need it coz with hasten all your primary powers will cycle enough anyway and do alot more damage.
could use another def buff on overload to.(on its own its 70% def yours is 65% also it works with your other shields to max def) -
i'd drop stun at 18 for hasten .. TF does a much better job of stunning anyway.
def buff in SJ ? don't think you can slot it for def lol ..waste of a slot anyway.
change the recharge in ET for a dmg or end redux ..don't wanna use that power much anyway as it takes your health away.
