im glad some people liked the restaurant i give credit to spectral daisy for the booth idea! i hope she posts pics of her club! its really fun. great atmosphere..

hmm.. it might be time to start my next 2x2 one off rp room.. maybe i can do a micro-brewery/pub and trick/bribe some people into playing the extras..

i vote Nallek for doing it better!.. don't quote me on that...

i did duel box the rp night, running the owner/waiter.. i didn't have enough computers to run patrons too!.. but i could have made him a mastermind.. hmm... that would have gotten confusing

thanks i think i might make a brew-pub next! now i just need a couple thug masterminds to provide patrons...

I decided to make a restaruant that I could take someone to as a one off RP thing. Four players ended up attending but this is the restaurant i made, thought someone could use it maybe as an upscale kitchen sitting area etc.

what you can't see in the picture around the corner at the end of the isle are two upright tall cabinets in silver right next to each other to indicate a door to the kitchen. to the right is the wall detail for bathrooms of course. I do plan on making different kinds of rooms in the future for this kind of one time thing. i will post them if they look nice.

i also think it would break immersion. i play with no sound whatsoever 99% of the time and i think it would be very intrusive into my personal play style. id end up in all sorts of OOC chatter and forget what i was doing and sounding like a nerd wouldn't help. Plus typing things out gives me time to see what im about to say and really really helps me re-word things that need it.. i can't do that when talking.. unfortunatly i just get carried away

its simply sounds like someone power-playing. the D is as neutral as you want it to be. Sure someone can get kidnapped or pick-pocketted if they allow it to happen but no one is making the attempt succeed but you. If someone continues to "rp" something that you don't want then they are just a crank so ignore them.

I personaly do not attempt to alter someone elses character without OOC prompting. some people like the tormented characters to never quite get what they need and id hate to mess that up. Although since one of my characters spends a lot of time with woe and now that i see what the player wants there might be something that can be done.
