Quote:This sound cool but doesn't offer the feature I think would me most useful.
- Drag and Drop reordering of already selected powers! Slot levels will change automatically as necessary. There are a lot of options for this feature; they can be found under a new tab in the Configuration window.
I checked the settings and the options for Slot being level-swapped is too low for (source/destination) power.
-Allow swap (invalid)
-Show Dialog
-Cancel
I see the terminology for shift exists and wonder why it isn't offered as an option?
I'd love if the program could calculate whether you have too many slots in higher level powers and if not shift slots in such a way that you could indeed drag a level 13 slot to a level 30 power if there was another slot somewhere that was usable there.
Basically allow me to move around slots as I like as long as I don't put too many slots in higher powers. Something like reassign slot levels from bottom to top I guess? -

Pets aren't affected by recharge buffs. the FF+ rchg are useless to you.

Sounds old. very old.
I'd suggest creating characters on one of the following servers although most are good;
Freedom: unofficial pvp server, all the pvpers moved here. Freedom and Virtue are the two highest population servers
Virtue: unofficial RP server
Justice/Champion/Infinity the runners up for most populated server. -
No its terrible. We've got players who've been subscirbed for 7 years.
In all seriousness, I enjoy it. Graphics are great in Praetoria. Powers are second to none. Great people. Super groups.
also what is 'deluxe version' ? -
Nil. My Niches continued along at their usual ridiculous and slow profit.

Phone makes selective quoting impossible so just pretend I'm quoting the part in Mega_Jamie's post about the patrons.
Of the stfs I have failed this week not one of them was due to the patrons. In every case our aggro holder (illusionist or tank) wasn't able to keep LR off of us. I understand exactly what I'm supposed to do but without a competent meat shield LR instagibs everyone.
Then we come to what was at one time one of my favorite sfs: rsf. I seem to have lost the knack for this as none of my fights have been the cakewalk I remember. On two of the succesful ones we had to resort to the good old globe pull.
I like the challenge but due to the pain in the butt of pug teams failing multiple times I've already reevaluated just which of my toons really needs a very rare.
I'm not sure if there was a point I was trying to make when I started this but whatever it was I've already forgotten... -

This was done because, unlike the Data View window on the left, there is no ability to do a mouseover of the Enhancement numbers to find out how much of the enhancement comes from your slots and how much comes from the Alpha Slot. My choices were to either overloaded the popup with enhancement data, making it difficult to read, or to choose between displaying the final amount or the pre-Alpha Slot amount, and I chose the later because I felt that would be more immediately useful to people when they are filling their slots.
Why does how much from the alpha matter? Personally I just want to see the value and don't care the source. -
That's the point of the player coined phrase. Its a sarcastic way of mocking the Weekly Strike Target. WTF indeed.

Hurray! thanks Diellan and DePr0grammer et al!

Why do you need to have a main character at all? I have 12(?) 50s and none of them are my main. Play whatever makes you happy when you want to play it.

Nitpick; there is no resistance softcap. That is-- there is no point at which more resistance has no effct before hitting the archetype's hardcap.

I know, and I'm willing to bet that it snuck in during the hotfix.

Dev1, " Hey Dev2 we forgot to close the Ski Chalet when we copied this code to live"
Dev2, " Oh well, let's tell them its a gift and leave it that way until the spring fling."
Dev1, " That's a great idea Dev2!" -
StrykerX made a lot of good points about the basics so I'll expound on epics and alphas. Note I am doing this all from memory since I'm typing on my phone.
Alpha boosts and you:
Unlike set bonuses the alpha boosts do extend to your pets. As a bots traps you have a lot of choices here. If you feel that your bots aren't doing enough damage you should consider musculature.
If you are constantly running out of endurance try cardiac.
To get your traps up even faster you can go with spiritual. Note, several issues ago pets of all sorts were made immune to recharge so your bots won't get any benefit from spiritual's recharge boost.
Finally there is nerve which enhances accuracy. More interestingly one of its branches also enhances defense.
I'll admit I can't decide myself which alpha to use. My mm currently has both cardiac and spiritual crafted.
Epics
Mace mastery offers you an aoe immob and a smash/lethal/nrg shield.
Mu mastery offers an aoe immob with -kb and a resistance shield. Personally I use this.
>.< those are the only two I remember. -
To save a new topic on the same basic thing but not quite;
What did you do during the downtime everyone else?
I took a short nap, read some manga, took another nap and read forums. -

Quote:What sense would it make to test an issue without the core parts of it that it was building on top of? We've been told that i20 has Incarnate trials which offer another way to get the Notices. Logically one would assume they must be.. testing the usage of them?Well, they may not actually require Level Shifts to complete, so they may not be enabled. If they actually wanted to assure that they are completable without the level-shift, that wouldn't be too unusual. Although balance passes 'early' in the cycle are a bit odd. But perhaps just that they don't want to have to 'remove' them later either.
Or as ya said, different code branch.
In fact that is probably why the hotfix was so quick. They just had to rip more of i20's code -
Quote:This makes me curious how the heck are the people in i20 super secret NDA Beta testing Incarnate trials properly without level shift? They probably figured out the problem before we did, but we got it right: "it was because of a pet's pet inheriting the level shift attribmod".
Is this is a case of oops we forgot to pull the entire level shift data when we made the strike pack patch?
