Pets aren't affected by recharge buffs. the FF+ rchg are useless to you.
Expensive looking build. Not really sure about a few things you've gone for/slotted though.
- Your endurance use is through the roof with all those toggles. I'd try dropping another slot into Stamina and getting a Chance for +End IO plus pop a Rech/Recov Numina in Health (since you're dropping cash on this one)
- As others have said, drop the Chance for +Recharge from the Bots - it'll affect the bots (which doesn't work) and not you. Maybe replace the one on the Assault Bot for the Sovereign Right +Res then pop a set of Blood Mandate in the Drones.
- On that point, why are you slotting so heavily for recharge? The bulk of your damage is via your Bots, you only have four powers that you'll personally be using to attack, the /FF powers recharge in good order on their own. I say save the Inf/slots or try targeting Recovery for your End Use
- Combat Jumping seems a waste. Why not take Aid Self and drop some saved slots into it or at least drop some slots from Combat Jumping - maybe just use it for the +Recharge IO

I completely agree with Zaprobo, especially with respect to its cost.
If this is a favorite character of yours, then fine. I personally think the cost per performance gain is quite high, especially with respect to Apocolypse and Ragnarok. If you substitute in Decimations (or Devastation if it's the psi def you're chasing) and a Positron's Blast, are you really losing much? The only thing in /FF that you gain from having more recharge for is Repulsion Bomb, which you didn't take. The attacks from the primary would lose a bit, but not much. I made that swap in my Mids and it looks like Pulse Rifle Burst goes from 3.12 seconds to 3.66. Pulse Rifle Blast goes from 1.75 to 1.86. Photon Grenade from 6.25 to 8.94. Your call if that's worth 4 billion inf or so.
Endurance is high but that's mostly because the prohibitively endurance intensive Force Bubble is toggled on in the build. I'm assuming you're not intending to play with that on continuously.
You have no -kb protection, by the way.
One important note I want to make, Lysosomes may not be doing what you expect them to do in your Prot Bots. I just respecced a Bots MM and when I checked the Def from the bubbles it was 7.5%, as if there was no Def slotting whatsoever. Buyer beware.

Above is a newer build I worked on based off of your guy's advice. The goal of my last build was to allow myself to be able to contribute as much as possible to the dps to maximize the damage potential. After some deliberation I realize that extreme direction was not a good idea.
With that being said, do Enzyme Exposures work the way I hope they do? aka 33% defense? Does the miracle slotted in health work toward my recovery as well? I'd like to add a chance for smashing damage to my protector bots but I don't know if it's possible without sacrificing accuracy/damage/defense buff.
I know this build is super pricey, my goal is to make this my main and to maximize it's ability. I also was able to add provoke which I'm sure would be helpful but my follow-up question is, which is more useful, provoke or a self heal?

Quick answer for now - yes Enzymes will improve Def and the Prot Bots bubbles and yes, a Miracle unique in Health will do very nice things for your recovery.

- Consider replacing the last slot on Electrifying Fences with "Gravitational Anchor: Chance to Hold"
- I've never felt the need for Provoke (and instead have Aid Self) - both are good choices, however. Perhaps drop one of the single-target blasts in favour of Aid Self
