It would be difficult to add Absorb to Force Field without breaking the cottage rule. Nature Affinity is going to be the absorb themed buff set.
Changing a +Def power into a +Def/+Absorb power wouldn't be a violation of the cottage rule, it'd be a flat-out buff. -

There's no such thing as gender parity for game costume pieces when males only wear certain classes of clothing and females wear pretty much anything. I don't know why this is such a challenge for people to understand: the costume creator is NEVER going to be "fair" for both male and female characters. Ever. By all means, lobby for the items you want, but quit pretending "equality" is even possible.

The only "random" factor to it is that the marketing department apparently throws darts at a board to decide what we all get. (That bit was sarcasm. Or hyperbole. Or both.)

It will play heavily in the upcoming Bio Armor defensive set, as well as one or two of the next round of ATOs. -

I think they said during a Ustream back in like April that Dr. Aeon already has plans for non-trial content to unlock Hybrid, but it won't be part of Issue 23.

FYI, I logged in to see Issue 23 live and Nemesis invasions still occurring all over the place.
According to a Zwill post in another thread, the Rhapsodic badge will still be given out through tomorrow, so I'm guessing the invasions will end at the same time.
