This same thing happened to me once. Your IO is in limbo. Clear space in your tray and then log out and back in. Maybe simply zoning will work. Wait a minute and it will drop back in your tray.

Ouroboros will let you get any badge mission from a regular contact. You will still need to get the Mayhem (and hero-side Safeguard) badges as you level.

Try you have chat logging on, turn it off. That has solved similar problems for other people.

My hero badger is still Vigilante but needs to go Villain then Rogue so I can do all the Ouroboros accessable badges.

This also happened to me yesterday trying to buy a character transfer. I went to the NCSoft Master Account page and it asked me for the security questions again. I answered those, looked at the account, and logged out. I then tried to buy the character transfer again and it worked for me.

Not necessarily stupid. If someone using the Join in Progess to fill a trial after someone dcs, how does the person who dcs rejoin their trial after they get back in?
