Unable to purchase Rename token

Hi I was trying to purchase a rename token for my character(on the freedom server) and when I enter the password for my NCsoft Master Account I get an error saying that my "Password cannot be Verified"

What do I do ?

This also happened to me yesterday trying to buy a character transfer. I went to the NCSoft Master Account page and it asked me for the security questions again. I answered those, looked at the account, and logged out. I then tried to buy the character transfer again and it worked for me.
