This is my fun to play Electric scrapper who is housed on Virtue.
Fun to play his only "holes" are NE and def bebuffs.
Stamina is not needed, but nice to have. If you substitute confront for stamina and find a 4th slot somewhere (maybe weave or power sink) you can 4 slot Mocking Beratement for 2.5% more s/l def. That would put you at the soft cap. I don't mind relying on a teammate or a [Luck] when solo to hit the soft cap.

The third time worked for me. Ran updater it fixed itself. I verified all files. I was able to log in. I trying to log in again now. Looks promising, it did not patch or verify/fix any files.
And it worked. Looks like all is good. Two different servers and no issues.

I started a thread at about the same time, with the same problem.
Above is what I post for my fix. -

Wrong game version, run patcher and reconnect, server 1800.201005212331.2T, client 1800.201006040036.3T
That message was in a pop up after I logged in and selected Virtue server. I tried again and received the same message.
CoX patched for me this morning. Was there a patch this morning?
I am running updater as I post this and it is currently downloading file manifest and fixing files. It also did the same fix after I ran updater the first time I received the Wrong game version message.
I do not have test installed on this computer, so I did not try to update and log into test by mistake.
Any ideas?

Quote:When you received your preorder receipt, was it printed with a code and instructions on how to redeem the code? That seems to be the "tell" for if that date is an "official one" or a WAG by GameStop. If there is an officiual release date, GameStop can start the preorder promotion and there will be a code. If there's no code on the receipt, then the promotion hasn't started and the release date is a placeholder or WAG.
No code, no instructions. I guess it is just a placeholder for their systems.
I am new to the preorder world, so it is just my misunderstanding.
Thank you Redbone for the information.

I went into the local GameStop today (June 7) to put my 5 dollars down. The store employee checked the release date that they were given.
Guess what, their system shows a release date of September 2, 2010.
That is the information they have been given. Hard to tell what the release date will be.

After running 7662: The Nemesis Task Force #364346 with you I deleted my submission #388594. I got all the information I needed from that TF.
I am resubmitting an entry.
Arc Title: Robots (Test for Smurphys Challenge)
Arc ID: 390036
Authors global: Smilin Bob
This is now a 5 mission arc. Still not exactly what I wanted but as close as I can get with what is available in AE at this time.
The last mission (if you even decide it is worth playing that far) has multiple AVs only Statesman and Ms. Liberty are needed to complete the mission. You also must find the whiteboard and leave a message for Freedom Corps.
This mission is also with 100% more Mos Vox; after listening to his one consistent complaint that every mission needs More Mos Vox. I listened to his suggestion. No Mos Vox AV just a reference to him in the dialogue.
(I am also posting this on the RO forums)

Title of mission: Test Mission for Pacing of Smurphys Challenge
Arc ID: 388594
Author Global: @smilin bob
I teamed with you on Virtue yesterday and got an idea for the type of pacing you are looking for.
Give this single mission a run and see if this is the type you want. It is rough. No story to it yet.
An AV in the front with 2 hard ambushes.
Defeating AV and ambushes unlock mainframe (glowie) located in back/middle of map.
Mainframe unlocks EB with 3 hard ambushes.
Defeating EB and ambushes unlock exit terminal in front of map and trigger patrols and a fight.
Enemies are robots from in game factions.
Lots of def and regen.
AV is custom Elec Melee/ Shield
EB is custom War Mace/ Inv
Loads of EBs/Boss in Ambushes
