Just wanted to say (as a very light PVPer) that these improvements seem like really great ideas, especially the zone mini-games, I've (mostly) enjoyed what little pvp I've done and would definately look into it more if some of these were implemented. Nice work!

I love reading these, but I think you were going for Aether instead of either (or ether)

Ack! I just noticed that Snow_Globe forgot to credit me for the puzzle this week. Concept and screenshots by Bubbawheat, layout by Snow_Globe.
Shame shame -
I agree as well, there have been some good /em smack, but this really did make me laugh, it's my new favorite!

Glad some people like the puzzle, I've got another (hopefully) interesting one on tap for the next issue.

Thanks Electronite, that was really the only shot I couldn't get myself easily. It was mostly that I didn't think I'd have the time to get them, but I did. If things work out, check out the next City Scoop for the results

I'm trying to do a little CoX project and I could use some help collecting some screenshots, so if you could help me out a little, that would be great. I'm trying to get these screenshots:
A closeup of monstrous feet.
A closeup of huge bare feet.
A shot of the Terra Volta reactor core.
Two screenshots of a mostly generic male character or NPC.
A closeup of the letter "A" on the chest detail.
A closeup of one of the meaner looking faces.
A good size would be around 150 x 150 or so. All help is appreciated, and I will credit any help I get, thanks! -
I also found that the presents are somewhat hard to find, and I was on at 4am Eastern. Maybe for next year they could be dynamically spawning destructible objects with 1 hp. It would be even better if there is a way to make them immune to all ranged powers to level the playing field. That way you could rip into the present in style.

Something I just found out recently:
You can overwrite enhancements. If you want to replace a training enhancement with a DO, you just drop the DO on top of the training enhancement and the enhancement is deleted and replaced with the DO. I thought that I would have to respec to get rid of those mostly useless training origin enhancements. -
Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in on the whole cheapskate discussion as to the feeling that NC is ripping off people who bought both CoV and CoH. I am a complete and total cheapskate and I bought City of Heroes this past June, I had to go to three different stores to find the solo package (G vs. E sells for around $30, I picked up the solo City of Heroes for $10) I enjoyed it so much that I got the villain solo (also had to search for it, got it for $12). So, I do not feel ripped of for paying $22 for both sides and getting 2 free months of playtime instead of waiting for the unprecedented price drop to $0 if you have one already.
