Green jelly beans in your rep comments came from people with enough "rep weight" to move your reputation positively.
Red jelly beans came from people with enough "rep weight" to move your reputation negatively.
The longer you have been signed up to the forums, the more posts you have made, then the more "rep weight" you have. Positive rep adds to your "rep weight" as well. Having a high amount of rep in addition to a long duration forum account (even if your account lapsed; vBulletin only cares about reg date) and a high post count means you can move mountains with one jelly bean.
Grey jelly beans are people who don't have enough "rep weight" to do anything (zero reputation points). -

Roll in game...hmmm...I'd have to think on that. I think as a TF giver for a new TF which would appear in.

Apparently my current reputation is immediately below BillZBubba, Golden Girl, and macskull. Ok, macskull is pretty well respected on the forums and Golden Girl posts about breasts a lot, but Bill's quit the game like forty or fifty times already. If all those rep points came from ATI video card users AMD would have a market cap ten times higher than Intel's. It seems obvious to me that clearly, sometimes the system just malfunctions.
And while I don't recall seeing your rep ever hit the red, GG's was 3 red bars in for a bit then it JUMPED to max green bars. -

I think I've gotten to 3 red bars at one point. Maybe 2.
I think I even got positive and negative rep on the same post before.
I figure that's what comes with stating your opinion. I even understand why some people avoid putting their name on the negative rep. I think some of that comes back to the advice I gave you.
If they put their name, then you'd beable to neg rep them back, maybe with freinds. 
I wouldn't worry about it. Though I admit, some of the negative rep comments are just stupid. "You're dumb" as a negative rep? Really? People should be held accountable for better comments than that

Admittedly, I haven't done every story arc there is redside (or blueside for that matter). And even reading them as I go, it's more of a quick read to know what your doing at the time, without trying to actually retain it.
But if I read this thread right. You fight Recluse again? How does that storyline even work, if your using a team the whole time to begin with? Or is it all just written in the story and you never actually try to take him on as an AV, solo? -

Three seems like overkill. If you have one in an aoe and one in the most common attack in your st chain, shouldn't that cover your bases pretty well?
I'd also put it in an AOE just for general teaming as well.

Regardless of the skill and merit of the great classic comic artists, one has to keep in mind that certain 'comic staples' - one of which is the 'body-paint costumes' - exist because of time constraints in the old days. These guys were cranking out comic pages at light speed, and the form-fitting outfits that fit every millimeter of the character's form was a matter of ease and time. Granted, it was also because it showed off those heroic forms better, but as GG's post showed, that can be done while still not over-simplifying.
