I play a Mind/Psy and I can tell you that the damage is bad. I am now lvl 39 and the only saving grace is psy shockwave, it charges fast and does awesome dmg. I solo on ruthless and never ever die, the problem is: I take almost 3/4 of my end bar to kill one purple leut non dominated.

Confuse helps a lot with this, I even "drive" mobs towards a purple leut with TK to get more DPS.

The other thing is: you are so gimped in most people's eyes that you will not get a group unless your SG/friend group supports you. Hence I solo PVP zone missions non stop for xp.

Sure its the safest dom to play, more holds than a WWE match and they last longer but you still take 5 minutes to dig your way through a orange vault door with your spoon. Also, doing story arcs after 35 or so becomes almost impossible, as soon as you meet an EB solo, bye bye. I cant even solo a yellow EB.

Any chance you need a dominator on any future SF? I am desperate to actually see what an SF is about.

My Dominator is now 36 on Union and I have never seen a respec, never seen a SF and I spend 20 minutes when logging on sending tells to all in my range asking if their team needs a dominator. Failing this I go grind XP in warburg.

Is this a dominator thing or is it just low numbers on Union in COV?

My 22 Brute gets invites all the time.

I play energy but I think its a good philosophy to remember for every primary: that evey missed hit is a lot of end wasted. All my attacks are slotted 2 acc. I just REALLY hate missing and wasting the endurance.

Also you can place your henchmen/bots/dead people in the narrowest place just outside the vault in such a way that they make a wall. The hero and buddy will try and get over or through it, totally ignoring the fact that you are around the corner and that they are being melted by your henchmen. Make sure to put them into passive and then to order them to attack.

I also hear that mental blast animation has been shortened. Is this true?

I will apply, nothing else to do as my Union COV connection is broken to my frustration, pansy hero side on union is fine, its just my beloved villain...

I asked the same question a little while back when I wa also lvl 8. I am now lvl 22 and I can tell you, if you plan on taking shadow fall then you have to go stamina. If you plan on not taking shadow fall then you dont need stamina.

I took shadow fall at lvl 22 and was very greatful to Max and others who said I should have stamina.

lvl 21 and fastly climbing Mastermind seeks ACTIVE SG (if such a thing exists). My current SG is a ghost town.

From what I understand stamina isnt needed if you dont take leadership, since the leadership toggles are so heavy on the constant end drain.

Are you saying I need stamina for the dark part of the build? Is dark very end needy?

I have read many guides and some advocate a Leadership/Stamina route others advocate no sta/leadership.I am coming up to lvl 8 now and the question remains with me, must I go Sta/Leadership or not at 8 its the critical choice.

If you do go sta/leadership, can you get by without a travel power until much later?
