  1. I am not sure if it is deliberate or not, but I have noticed a few badges have been missing. At least 1 or 2 from the Supergroup Badges. And tips are disappearing off of my characters (without crossing over to the other side). Just something I noticed the last 2 days, thought I'd mention it.
  2. I used to play villain side over a year ago, and back then I was in a Villain Group called The Order of Shadows. When I had come back, kind of recently, I was playing as a few characters just to get their feel again, and feeling unsatisfied I threw out a few. Unfortunately without knowing it I had gotten rid of my only remaining character that actually was in the group (I guess I had meant to put my alts in the group and forgot I hadnt). Anyway I was hoping to find someone here who might know somebody still in that group, or is even in it still. Just want to get in touch with some old Villain friends.

Well, assuming it were to be done in pages, you could just move the characters you want together on one page, separating those you want to keep apart, all depending on your preference. Also this character select screen could be alignment based as well. For example; you log in and you might see your villains grouped together or your heroes, or whatever you have for that matter. Or you might see your Villains versus your Heroes, etc. It wouldn't have to be "halfassed".

This seems like an interesting idea, and I agree that loading times would most likely be greater. But they have always given us options to dumb down graphics, etc for functionality. So they could just give us the option for the old background. At the very least it would be just another option that we are given in regards to our tastes.
  4. Either way would be pretty great. Whether they took more effort to just shift things around or used a prefab for base raids. Although I think some people (as you mentioned) including myself at times might want to rely on their own defense systems. Yet another possibility could be to place wider buffers on some items (some items usually can't be place within a certain distance of a door, etc ) Making it purely impossible for item stacking (other than actual structural stacking i.e a Salvage Rack on a higher floor).

This meant you could not stack or clip items like you can now, nor could you place a consistent line so close together, since in theory, if you don't want someone to steal your IOP or attack vital base components, you just need to put up a solid wall of invincible items.
Raid pathing prevents that latter scenario, though there was still some possibilities that allowed people to create functional "raid prisons" or simply make getting to an IOP or vital component highly difficult through an item maze.
Oh, gotcha, makes sense. So what if they were to give us more possibilities (floors, doors, etc) of things to work with when building the base, and perhaps during a raid couldn't the server or whatever just make a quick check of any unfair or excessive obstacles and remove them or just space them a bit more as to be fair?

I'm not sure how it would reduce the freedom of what we can do to the bases. How exactly would it do that?
  7. As I was messing around with a base a while back on one of my old toons a thought occurred to me, however insane it might be... The bases have a lot of neat things that you can do to/with them, but wouldn't it be kind of cool to not only be limited to building rooms side by side but above and below as well. Extra floors? As far as I know atleast we can't do that to our bases. Also doors would be neat to (not just those corridors between rooms, but actually interactive doors). With Cathedral of Pain back (it is back right? or perhaps I read wrong somewhere...) it would be quite interesting to have even more freedom with the supergroup bases. What do you all think?
