Yeah BABs, I dont want to give you a hard time for giving us good news, but come on man. That excuse is pretty thin. Especially since once GR hits, people who want them can just cross the line to get acess to them, and then cross back.

Cross faction rarity didnt stop you from making the red cap daggers an unlockable. -

False. While I have seen it ranked as low as fifth, it DOES still often rank as #3. Maybe time of day is a factor, I dunno. But "no longer is remotely close" is patently untrue.
But now, I am not making the case that Infinity is a small server. But it is one experiencing a marked shrinkage of population, which will make it FEEL smaller, as the locals are used to a higher population. -
It's true, server merges are a bad idea.
But that's no reason to jump down the man's throat just because he hasnt already had this discussion a dozen times. -

There are some truths being overlooked here.
1) Infinity is a shrinking server. It was once, and for many years remaining a serious contender for the title of third largest server. It no longer is remotely close.
2) We always had a large PvP community, many of whom didn't care for new PvP and left. Plenty were willing to stick by it, but as their friends left, the decline started and, and more still left. This has lead to the over all decline of the server.
3) Infinity wasn't always small. When I bought 27 slots on it, it wasn't small. Moving 27 slots at 10 dollars a pop isnt going to happen.
4) Those things said, there are good work around you can use to get in touch with the core of Infinity's excellent player community.
5) Check out Rogue Isles Legends, my weekly villain team. We take all comers, so if you want in, shout when I am online (Global @Blood Spectre). We're running a treespec whenever the servers come up. -
We shouldn't need Shivans for the tree anyway.

My plus rep comments were great though. Nobody was forced to leave them. I got them because someone wanted to be nice to me. -

These would all be great questions for Manticore's fluff thread.
1) Infamy? I honestly have no idea. I have no problem spending the US dollars I steal from Paragon though.
2) I get the impression Recluse sends a delegate, some stuffed suit most likely, but I have nothing concrete. I am virtually certain that he has had to appear in person before that assemblege at least once though.
3) Correct and Correct. Nerva is I believe either independent or a US protectorate. Recluse however does encourage his operatives to engage in acts of crime on Nerva, I think because they can more easily get away with it so close to their home.
4) Arachnos is the Army, the RIP are the police. The RIP are also corrupt and bad at their job.
5) I think Aeon is Governor of Cap Au Diable, and Marshal Brass is obviously the Marshal. I remember hearing that Mako was given governership of Sharkhead, but I can't remember where that was.
6) We don't want to deal with PvP zones to get them out. If they can't escape on their own, Arachnos doctrine states that we should leave them there.
