Bump. My art does suck, but come on

I am a VERY novie artist, and I think I need some practice. I also think it would be cool to have a couple of my characters drawn. The solution? Art trades! An example of my noobish work can be found here:

Btw, that is just a sketch. I have very little experience with inking and coloring (read: basically none). So unless you ask for more, I'll probably just do a sketch like above.

He doesn't really look like a chick, but imo the only thing that kinda make him look like it is his legs. The colors looks like stockings...i think. But im pretty sure thats it, is his legs. Make them all one color and you'll be find.

Her hand, however, bothers me a bit. It looks more like she's gabbing her cheek as opposed to smackin' dat which she would be doing if she was telling ya to come get some. You might want to splay the fingers a bit more and straiten them out so the hand is less grabby and more smacky.

I have a character Id like a costume made by. So far I like your work. I'll post a SS of my char in a bit, but for now its good you dont know what he looks like, so you can make something alot diffrent. Anyways, his name is Cpt. Alpha, a mercs/traps MM. His current costume looks a lot like a Navy SEAL/spec ops uniform. His second costume is the same thing with no mask. (He looks very Sam Fisher-ish). His build is athletic male. I want a costume (preferably military themed) that is in no way like this. (The spec ops cosutme I mean). If you don't understand what I mean, ill post pics in a bit.

Ill post an SS as soon as I get home. I have 2 costumes I really like, both for the same villain. If we can't, ill just choose one.

Arg, this is a tough choice! Both costumes kickass, and show the synergy between mad scientist and robot. I think im gunna kind of come halfway and do both, then change it a bit myself. Ill put credits to both of you in the bio. Ty!

I am trying to make a robo/ff mm. I have lots of ideas for costumes, but none of the ones I make am I satisfied with. So, anyone mind making me a robo/ff costume? Preferably a mad scientisty and/or robot costume. I will give credits in the bio to who it is due. I am kind of prefering a mad scientist look, as the robot look seems overdone. Or anything else you can think of. TY!

Im quite the noob regarding things such as this. I have two images which I would like to put on my herocorps profile. One is a spectacular drawing of my character done by LJ, and another is just a random screenie. Anyways, the main pic is 701x800 but it needs to be 400x400 to fit. The other pic is 1024x768 but needs to be 800x600. How can i compress these to fit into the profile? Also, is there a way to keep the original picture? I want to keep the original for quality. Thanks!

Just a quick note, my character's name is Sythius, not Sithius. Just a little pet peeve of mine, no biggie. Sythius looks cooler And again, I am amazed with the work done by LJ, so freaking awesome. I also like the one of Mr. Shock, the lightning effects are really cool.

LJ also drew this picture of my character, of which I am extremely pleased with, so I thought I'd post it here.

I got curious of what I could do (I haven't drawn since I was like 5, and now I'm almost 15), and tried my own hand at drawing Sythius. Now don't laugh, because I suck, but hey at least its a good way to start off. I need to practive making hands and legs (ran out of room on paper so they are kinda small), and learn how to make the capes look better. Also, the scanning made the sketch look really light. Other then that, I think I did decent Not comparable to alot on this board though...

It seems there are a lot of talented artists out there and on this forum, and I was wondering if you have some spare time. I want a picture drawn of my character, Sythius. It doesn't have to be a picture, it doesn't have to be colored, I dont care. It can be a mega, a sketch, anything, w/e. Hell, your 4 year old sister could have drawn it, as long as im in it. Much much thanks to any and all who post a picture of Sythius.
