Quote:With Kick/Boxing from Fighting, Jump Kick/Spring Attack from leaping, Flurry from Speed and Air Superiority from Flight you can up to 6 attacks to make a human attack chain. Once you switch to Werewolf then you can just use Claws.I've always wanted to make a werewolf character, but I can never come up with something that I'm happy with when in human form...
But wait... Maybe I could go with Claws, but only use Temporary and Pool Power attacks while human and then use a macro/bind to swap toolbars into my Claws attacks upon transformation... !! Thanks!!
And good luck! -
Quote:Yes.... My Hasten, Light Form, Inner Light and Essence Boost are perma. My Reform Essence also recharges every 16 seconds for 616hp. I also got spring attack and I love it for big teams. I picked up Leaping power pool so I can use it for slots. Superjump has a KB resist IO and Combat Jump has a LoTG 7.5% and a KB resist IO. I figured since I already have 2 of the leaping it wasnt much of a stretch to get Spring Attack. I got the recharge down to 30 seconds. My attack chain for big mobs are Inner Light + Spring Attack + Proton Scatter + Solar Flare + Luminous Detonation. It seems to work well.yeah you should definitely give my build a look, even without spending as much as I am you can still get your defenses looking pretty nice without hurting your effectiveness at all- It's a big help in soloing ridiculous enemies and overall survivability. Also in terms of the damage buff don't forget that Inner Light can be made Perma.
I also put a Ragnarok (Chance for Knockdown) on my Luminous Detonation and it seems to split it where some of the mob gets KB, some get KD, and some do not move. I wish it made all a KD. I said this before, I love my PB and have the most fun playing him. -
Quote:That is a nice build.... I will check it out on mids when I get home.Nope. I'm just gonna beat the crap out of them.
Have you seen my Peacebringer's build? I still need to pick some things up for it, and I'll probably bring a tray full of medium reds and blues (for damage and the light form crash.)
My PB only has:
12% Damage Buff
1469 HP
171.25% recharge
3.57% endurance
85% resist (with perma Light Form)
**regen and defense is not worth mentioning. I never slotted for defense on my PB and I might looking into that later. -
How do you plan on boosting your damage? Are you planning on using enhancement boosters?
-
Quote:damn dude... You know how to piss on a mans cherrios.Pft, using inspirations (aside from the uber Incarnate ones) is nothing like using Lore Pets- If that was a slight at my Warshade soloing a level 53 AV on x8 with enemies who had enough -def to take my 35% s/l defense down beyond -20, yeah, I used small lucks to counteract it, and whatever reds happened to drop in order to expedite the process. hardly the same as using pets who have the DPS to take down an AV by themselves.
-
Quote:Atleast I didn't use inspirationsStep 1: Ditch Lore Pets
Step 2: Do again.
I have plans to go Monster Hunting on my Human form PB when I finish my build up in a week or two. I have faith that you can take an AV down with your native damage. Cool costume though! -
I just wanted to add some of my pics to the Kheldian Brag Book. I was fighting a lvl 51 AV, but I think I could have done a lvl 52. God I love my PB...

Quote:I also believe that WP is a better choice than Regen for a Werewolf theme. I like a regen alot, but a werewolf should have some resist as well as a regen. So what do you guys think would be the best secondary for a werewolf concept? I am kinda leaning towards Regen to represent the inherent healing factor, but WP with RttC's -tohit is tempting as well. What do you guys think? Also is there a way to trigger a costume change when my fury bar is full?

Quote:Regeneration and Toughness
Perhaps the most dangerous aspect of a werewolf is that they are nearly unstoppable. The combination of their large mass and physical strength makes them very dangerous. Further, unlike vampires, werewolves are not fragile. Werewolves have a toughness factor, allowing them to absorb a great deal of abuse, even beyond what their greater mass provides.
Werewolves are also quite resistant to pain, and have high regenerative properties. A werewolf in a fight is similar to a wild boar. Even long after the werewolf should be dead from its injuries, or pain should have incapacitated it, a werewolf will keep on attacking. For wizards however, the most dangerous aspect of a werewolf is that it is resistant to most magic, much like a dragon, manticore, or giant. Because of this, slowing or stopping an attacking werewolf is a highly improbable task.
Werewolves possess potent regeneration. Wounds heal quickly. Minor wounds, such as those by most guns, will seal and fully recover in several seconds. Even major wounds will regenerate in a matter of minutes. However, a werewolf will not regenerate lost limbs. Major wounds may cause death if not sufficiently regenerated, and by this means a werewolf can die even without resorting to silver.
A werewolf's regeneration fails completely against cuts made with silver. Silver also lightly burns their flesh, mostly making it painful to touch (but no more than grabbing a hot skillet). Otherwise, silver has no special effect. It does not, for example, cut any more easily than a steel blade, and bludgeoning with a silver object is unlikely to harm a werewolf anymore than bludgeoning them with a hot skillet. -
What: Fire Super Team
Where:Exalted Server
When: Tuesday at 8pm ET (first meeting on 10/18/11)
Who: The Hex-Men
*Thermal Radiation – Controllers/ Masterminds/ Defenders/Corruptors
*Fire Armor - Tanks/Scrappers/Brutes
*Fire Melee - Tanks/Scrappers/Brutes
*Fire Control – Controllers/ Dominators
*Fire Assault – Dominators
*Fire Blast – Blasters/ Defenders/Corruptors
**This team will be theme-oriented and will also focus on a high damage output.**
The Hex-Men will be hosting an Elemental Super Team. I am not a Wiccan, but I have been doing research into the religion and the beliefs as part of the SG theme. From what I have read is that they believe in the Five Elements. The Five Elements are Fire, Water, Earth, Air, and the Soul that unites them all. Each element has a purpose in the creating of life. For example a tree, is composed of Earth (with the soil and plant matter), Water (sap and moisture), Fire (through photosynthesis) and Air (the creation of oxygen from carbon dioxide), all of which are believed to be united through Spirit. This got me wanting to make an all elemental character and build a superteam. We will tackle all the elements one at a time.
The first elemental superteam we will be using will be Fire. Every archetype that has fire ability will be allowed to join. I would like for both abilities to be fire; however I am willing to substitute such as Shield Defense for melee with the fire graphic and other natural abilities such as TA, Traps, Devices, Poison, etc... that can be used to substitute. Please contant me if you are wondering what power can be switched with a natural ability. I also would like to not have more that 2 of the same AT’s on the static team. We will be playing every Tuesday @ 8 pm - 10pm EST. We are looking to start on Oct 18th; however if we fill the team sooner, we can begin on Oct 11th. If you are interested please let me know on here or in game @Big Soto.

Quote:thanks for the infoI'd do Cardiac for Alpha since SR likes to gobble end (3 toggles plus CJ plus Weave), though the +range and +res may not be useful (the +res would only apply to Tough and I'm not sure if it'd apply to the scaling +res from the SR auto powers). I'm finding that endurance issues on every character that's grabbed T3 Cardiac (+endredux/+range/+res) have all but disappeared.
Lore, you could go with the Cimerorans - several of their T3s and one T2 have a surgeon. One of the T3s has a surgeon with attacks and another has a surgeon that only heals but is untouchable if that's more to your liking. Longbow, Clockwork, and Nemesis also have pets with heal powers, but I'm not sure about any of the other groups. -
I got a lvl 30 SR/MA and he is awesome, but I was wondering, what incarnates are the best for a SR? This is a 100% PvE tanker. So far this is what I am planning to get.
Alpha Slot: any suggestions?
Judgement: Ion
Interface: Reactive
Lore: any suggestions? (I want a pet that can heal)
Destiny: Rebirth -
I know some players do not like the KB from Solar Flare. Has anyone thought about getting the Spring Attack for the AoE instead of Solar Flare? I know it has a real long recharge, but with IO an incarnates it can be reduced a lot.

Just FYI... Once the SG base is complete we will form a static team based on one of the four elements. I believe the First Element used will be Fire, followed by Ice, Earth and Air will be last.
We had a hard time try to break Air into a powerset, but So far we come up with Sonic Blast can be used as Air since Sound is the vibration of Air, Kinetic can be used because A wind turbine is a device for converting the kinetic energy in wind into the mechanical energy of a rotating shaft. Storm of course is accepted as a powerset for the Air Static Teams. -
The Hex-Men are Magical based SG, but we are now accepting non magical players. The SG rank is seperated like the following:
Founding Father
First Coven (Leaders)
Hex-Factor (RP)
Hex-Force (PvP)
Mages (Theme)
Non-Mages (Familiars)
We do have an SG costume; however it is only required for the First Coven. If anyone else wants to wear it they are more than welcome. We are currenly in the top 25 SG's and we are looking for active members. Below is a few screen shots of the SG costume.
If anyone is interested please contact me at @Big Soto in game.
P.S. We are currenly in need of a base builder and if anyone is interested I am willing to pay to hire a construction worker. -
Quote:Thanks for the advise, but I will give the people that already replied a chance first. If I do not find a Construction Company that meets my requirements my next step will be to go to the Base Construction Forum section. Anyone else has up to friday to reply and I will do my walkthrough on Sat. Listed below is my available times:Have you posted an ad like this in the base construction forum? I found someone very talented to design one of my bases in return for some character gift art. They don't need to be a Virtue-ite to roll a character on the server and design away, after all!

Hello Virtue,
After years of playing the game I have finally decided to start my own SG; however it is on a different server. I do not wish to mention the server, because my goal is to not advertise to encourage people to leave this server. What I am looking for is to hire a Construction Worker to build my base. I have played on many servers and some of the best bases I had ever seen had been on Virtue server. I am willing to pay $500,000,000 inf to the person after they complete building my base. I am willing to pay an extra $100,000,000 if they get all the badges for the teleporters in the base.
I have had many players express an interest in my SG, but once I mention that the base is not complete they always say I am looking for a more active SG. This has caused me to strip a character that I do not play and sell the enhancements to raise the money for prestige and to hire a worker. We currently have almost 4 million prestige and the base is a Magical Theme. If you are looking for some work in this recession please send me a PM and we can chat further about a future employment.
Thank you,
Big Soto
P.S. I would also like to do a walkthrough of a base that you completed so I can see your work. -
This weekend I got:
Ice Giant
Bestial
Tri Clops
Bubcat
Temporal Adjuster

Hello, My name is Soto and I will hit my 7 year mark of playing this game in a few days. I mainly played on Triumph and about 2 years ago I started looking for another servers. Never really felt at home on the other servers, but I hope my experience is different here on the Exalted server. I have played one of ever AT to 50 without Power Leveling, so I am experienced with all AT. I am kind of a Jack of all AT's, but a Master of none. I used to PvP a lot and was on 2 different PvP league teams, but my focus has turned toward PvE; however I am planning on starting up PvPing again (Mainly Arena Duels).
I took a break of leading an SG for about 2 years when I left Triumph, but I just started my first SG on this server named the Hex-Men (Magic Theme), because I am here to stay. I do love theme teams and SG costumes, but I do not RP. I do miss my original server and the players, but most of the ones I started playing with do not even play anymore.
Hit me up in game if you want to team @Big Soto. -
DM/EA/Soul Mastery... That is what I have for my stalker and now I wished I waited and did it for a scrapper. Shadow Meld with EA is awesome!
-
I should have said Arena PvP and not Zone PvP. I got blasters and corruptors for zone PvP. I have seen a few tanks do decent in area duels and I know brutes should do more damage than tanks.

- Name: Hex-Men
- Currently Recruiting: Yes
- RP Level: RP-friendly, NonRP-friendly, PvP-friendly
- PvP Level: Currently None
- Theme/Concept: The theme is to pay homage to the worlds most famous mutant team, with a big twist. The SG will be based around Magic and not Mutation. The Magic is so powerful it not only flows through your blood it embodies your soul. We are recruiting mages, warlock, wizards, witches, and many other mystical creatures to join us and make the world aware of our presence. We are not looking for or allow look-a-likes or clones. The only requirement is to create a character with the power set of your favorite mutant character with a magical background. The costume, back story, name, gender, etc
will be all of your choosing.
