I've tried this before I made my original post, but thanks for the reply.

Here is what I've found about this problem.
If I disable the ipoint process from Windows Startup, and reboot, my mouse works fine with everything. But doing this will cause my mouse to have smooth scrolling within windows, such as browsers, folders...etc..etc.
If I leave it go and let it startup with Windows, everything works fine, except I can't use the scroll wheel in game to zoom in and out with my camera view. But the wheel does work fine scrolling through the chat box or anything else that would use the mouse wheel in game.
I'm at a loss here and can't seem to correct this problem. -
I recently updated my wireless intellimouse drivers, after doing so, when I log into the game, the scroll wheel is not working as it should. I have to spin the wheel real fast to get my camera to zoom back or close.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
Thanks for any and all help.

This doesn't allow you to skip the cut scene. It's simply another way to get where you have to go. Someone will still need to use the door to trigger the cut scene which will then trigger Phase 1. Without using the door, Phase 1 will never start.

Quote:Even accidently destroying one of the objectives in the Court Yard, shouldn't make you fail the badge requirements, as long as you don't use it. This I think it a bit obsurd. It seems hard to believe that a Containment could be destroyed without anyone realizing it. It's good to hear a conclusive reply, however, and the response does indicate that there was SOMEone responsible for the failure... which is better than a bug being responsible.

Quote:Yeah, that's what I figured! The crate and containment chamber locations are static. They always spawn in the same locations. They are never different. Beef Cake's map is correct (the spawn points in the small middle room and the far west room should not be centered, but I'd call it close enough).
I've been running this all weekend and nothing has movd for me or all of my SG members. So I agree they are static. As for the points on the map, I will be making the small adjustments to get them pin pointed. But as you said for now it's good enough to give you the idea where they all are -
Quote:This is fine, but what'll this do for anyone other than showing everyone on the league who used the temp power, just so they can gripe and rant at the person who used it.In addition to what I said earlier, add 'Player X used Pacification Grenade on Marauder!' and 'Player Y used Acid Grenade on Reinforcement Door!'
Tired of having people grief Mo runs.
This doesn't prevent anything, although it would be nice to see the temp powers go to the team leaders rather than random players throughout the league, at least we can narrow it down to the team leads not to use the temps instead of the many players in the league. -
Boy, oh, boy I can't wait to test out our new Incarnate powers on the GooMan!

Well, I can answer that for ya.
The game has a mechanic in play for when you log into the game, any active mobs in range will despawn, allowing you save login without having to be attacked. So when someone logs in near the target dummies when no one else is around, they will despawn.
As for the holes in the ground, I see this too. I would assume it's a common texture glitch that needs some attention -
Quote:Well, going to the hangar (SW room) gave me this:
Click for larger image.
And this is correct, you'll only find 1 crate in that room. And it's in the center of the room all the time. -

Ok, after running all day and night along with all of my SG members, I've ran the following:
Lambda Trial - 11 times
And of those 11 times, the Munitions Crates were in the same spot for each and everyone of us. So I don't know, I can't seem to figure out why you guys seem to think why this crate moves, as I've yet to see it....lol
But I will keep trying tomorrow, I need sleep. I do have a few members that will be checking this throughout the night for me, let's see if any of them find any crates that move. -
Well, not that I'm saying you or anyone else is wrong, but I've run this Lambda I couldn't tell you how many times now and I've never seen what you guys are seeing, nor is the group I run with. The SE room is the room we always see the 2 crates in all the time. And so far with all of us paying close attention, we have yet to see anything different than what I have shown in the map I'm working on for the site.
Here is the image again, hopefully it shows up this time...lol

OK, I showed my incomplete map to my SG members and asked them to watch my map and compare it to what they see ingame, and everyone said the map was dead on, the markers were a itsy off, but very close to where th crates are.
They've yet to see any crates in different spots. So I'm wondering if you guys may have been discombobulate on which angle you approached the room and made it seem different, I don't know. But myself and the rest of my SG will be monitoring this, but for the most part they all seem to say the crates haven't moved on them at all. So we will see. -
Quote:I must be unlucky then, I just ran it 4 more times and the spots are still the saem for me...lolapologies Beef, but I ran a Lambda this morning and there was one crate SE and two elsewhere, I was the first to the room but didn't see where the duplicate crate was.
Grrrrr -
Well either their requirements are wrong or it's seriouslly bugged, because I foloowed what they say the requirements are...

I still didn;t get the badge when our league completed it. -
Quote:Snow, you sure about it not being static? I've run this thing about 20 times to get the exact locations for the map I'm working on and they've always been in the same spots for me.See the purple dots? I've seen the "extra" crate at all three locations on different runs. It is not static.
The markers may be a pixel or two off but this is what I have...

Quote:I don't think there is one best tank for I20. I regularly see 3-5 tanks on each trial and I never see just 1 tanking the AVs.
QFT, there is no such thing as the best tanker, it really depends on the player and how well they know their build and AT. Know your limitations and you are just as good as the next person.
My Invuln tank hangs with the best of them, the only time I die is when someone gets sequestered and I have agro on one of the AVs and I get hit multiple times. With softcapped defense to all and capped resists to S/L and 40% to Elements and Energies, not much gives me any threat.
And I'm sure many other tank builds are the same way. -
This is correct, as long as all of the Reinforcements are defeated by the time the last AV drops, you'll still earn the badge.
-
I posted this info elswhere, but I will post it here since this thread pertains to this directly...
Every since issue 20, I noticed a wierd trend od reward tables, no matter what I did I got the same thing each and every days. So today I figured I would record my drops...
9 BAF - 9 Uncommons
7 Lambda - 7 Uncommons
Yeah, it looks random to me
For a test .....
I ran a Lambda with my SG, they sat and watched me defeat all the mobs on the outside street and inner court yard of the Lambda Trial, they participated inside the Training Facility and Munitions Warehouse, and of course defeating the AV, I got still got a damn uncommon drop.
Yet, I did most of the work, while they sat and watch. So it would be nice to have a red name comment on this, because I'm sick of getting uncommon drops, when I need commons more than anything. I'm starting to think the uncommons are actually our common drops in hopes that will will spend the god aweful time and keep running these trials for months on end on a single character rather then running multiple characters, or they want us to spend our inf to do the conversions. -
Quote:Well, my team collected the Molecular Acids only and did not collect the Pacification and used none of them and we still didn't get the badge. So that theory is incorrect as well. The badges are as they are described, they just aren't awarding as they should.I would imagine that the reason we aren't getting the badges isn't because they are broken, but that the current requirements are (for Antacid anyway) to pick up 10 acids and NO Grenades, whereas we are collecting ALL the temporary powers.
Support didn't tell me what exactly is wrong, but they did say they those two badges were bugged and of course would be fixed in a future patch and to read the forums for further details. That's all I know.
