Energy Melee is quite a pain for my Elec/Elec Brute too. It toggle-drops and stuns like there's no tomorrow, and seems to completely negate the knockback protection in Grounded.

Same thing happened to me once Scirocco spawned. I managed to log in again when he was still at about 75% Health and shouted out for a team invite before crashing again. And again.

When I finally got back on about half the people had left. I stayed around for a second attempt at spawning him but then lost connection completely.

But I got all the rest of the Arch-Villains, so thanks again for the invite.

And don't hesitate to send me a tell if you should see Scirocco.

I forgot to mention in my original posting that I so far only have been playing with one Defence SO in Elude, and with all other toggles on at the same time as I seem to be regenerating Endurance faster than I can spend it even unslotted for EndMods.

I hadn't done the Erneste Hess Task Force before, but now that I have I kinda feel like it has more in common with the CoV Strike Forces than the other CoH Task Forces.

Probably a silly question, but seeing as I can count on one hand the times my Claws/Super Reflex Scrapper has been hit even when fighting some very purple Bosses with Elude running, I was wondering if it perhaps caps with only one Defence SO?

I just wanted to say thank you to silent_knight for inviting my Corruptor to last evening's successful LRSF run. A good strategy, clear instructions and of course a great team made the whole strike force run as smooth as a good cognac.

Only one team wipe during the entire strike force, in the very last mission, at which point only Statesman and Back Alley Brawler were left. And we didn't use any Warheads! Oh, my ...

Now don't you hesitate to send me a /tell the next time you're looking for someone to join you for another LRSF run.

Might as well state my interest in this thread too.

I've got two characters fully equipped and ready:

The Green Witch : Level 50 Plant/Thorn/Widow Dominator : Five Shivans and all three Warheads

The Thief of Time : Level 50 Ice/Kinetics/Scorpion Corruptor : Five Shivans and all three Warheads

And one not so ready:

Mr. Gadget : Droids/Force Fields/Scirocco : No Shivans and no Warheads.

The Green Witch is my main badge hunter, but with her being a Dominator and all I'm painfully aware that any team leader would have to be completely deranged to choose her over my Corruptor for the LRSF.

However, I will stay for the duration.

No need to feel that way. Such is the nature of the abomination that is the LRSF. And friends aren't really lost until they decide to "take a break from the game" after repeatedly failing it.

I just wanted to point out that there were a couple of Rad/Rad Corruptors that already had stated that they were ready and willing in the previous thread.

(And I'm certainly not offended if my Dominator is denied a place on a LRSF team.)

I believe almost everyone was pelting the Flier with -Fly attacks non-stop, but I never saw anything but a slight downward jerk when it got hit. It looked to me like it never came anywhere close to the ground.

I couldn't even use Thorn Barrage on it since it was always out of range, and I was standing right beneath it.

In Issue 7 (on test, since I rarly saw it on live) Impale, Carrion Creepers and Thorntrops was enough to make the Flier hit the ground and stay there for a while, but none of my powers appeared to have any effect whatsoever on it now.

My Plant/Thorn Dominator may be able to confuse and distract the Banes Spiders to prevent them from doing as much harm to us as they otherwise would do, but from our previous attempt I'd say that any summoned Shivans would probably go after them first and the Arachnos Flier second, thus distracting the Shivans from the Flier.

Maybe it would be a good idea if as many people as possible summoned a Shivan beneath the Flier immediately before it lands, juice up on purples and just focus on the Flier? The Shivans should be able to wipe out the Bane Spiders in seconds and then they would be free to concentrate on the Flier.

Don't know, but I remember someone on the US forums stating that it takes four Chemical Burn Warheads to completely floor the regen on the Heroes in the RSF.
