Hello Heroes!
I have a question about the Death Incarnate trailer.
There are two powers being used that I can't seem to find.
The first comes at 1:25 and it looks as though a murder of crows is being summoned to attack it's target.
The second comes at 1:27 and it appears a weapon is being twirled while the character is on his back.
I was hopeful someone could provide a name to these powers.

OK, as has been explained Numerous times, Fly is the slowest travel power because it's the safest travel power. Also if you Have swift and fly effectively slotted (Someone else can tell what slots need to be where and what ENH to put in them) Fly caps out at around 80 mph. (iirc)

I know you can augment the color of the chat bubble and the color of it's text in the Options screen from the menu. My question is, is there a way to change just the color of the outline of the chat bubble?
This leads me to a second question that I just thought of. Is there a list of the colors currently available? I suspect if I used the color "Red" there may be a dozen varities.

Christmas Carroll just hit level 47 and I've begun to look into IO sets for her.
CC is a concept/theme toon (hence the female character) and has been a long time in the making (three years) as she only gets played during the Winter Event. But with her being so close to 50 now I think she may be around a little longer this year.
CC is a PvE only character and works well in teams but also solo's quite a bit as well.
I'm trying to get her as close to the soft cap v. ranged as possible with PBU active. I've taken the guide's of Silas and Turbo Ski into account and have only made modest changes to fit my play style.

Hello Scrappers,
I'd like to start by saying I'm not much of a numbers person.
Up until this point I've played characters by how they feel or in line with a theme.
Recently however, I find myself reading the forums and trying to learn about
soft capping various aspects of a character. After going back and fourth about trying it
I decided to respec my Claws/SR scrapper. Wow, it made a noticable difference! Go figure!
It was easy enough to do and the toon runs at 48% across Melee, Ranged and AoE.
Next I tried to soft cap my MA/Inv scrapper.
This is a toon that I have struggled with playing all the way to 50 and was excited about
having a real focus and direction. After a quick work up on Mid's and a respec he was sitting at 37% vs. S/L.
But, when I leap head first into a mob it jumps to about 51% and
works it's way down as the bad guys get arrested. The toon is now a pleasure to play!
Hmmm, I wonder if I could do the same with another AT?
I fired up Mid's and respec'ed a Cold/Ice Defender all the way to 44.6% vs. Ranged.
Not quite the 45% needed but still much more fun to play!
I'm really getting the hang of this soft capping gig!
Toons are more fun to play and I almost enjoy Mid's as much as the game!

Gimme that DB/Regen I made as a themed toon and I'm gonna fix him up proper!

Can y'all please point me in the right direction? I thought I came across a regen build
that was soft capped but for the life of me I can't find it anymore.

Hasten is over slotted. Three Recharge Reductions is all that's needed due to ED a ways back.
