i've been thinking the same thing, and while I'm cutting back on my time in game, that's nothing new for me, nor is is because of anything that's happened with the game.
I'm sure all the stuff that went down last week will blow over and never darken the skies of the cities again*. I'm sad to see so many good people with whom we have played for so long decide to leave, but I'm also a little concerned that the handful that are going will cause other old timers to rethink their reamaining behind.

In any event, I hope you all make it back sometime, and if not that you are well and happy whatever you do.

*though I doubt seriously there will be any official statement about it, which is too bad since that would more directly address people's reasons for leaving. (Not to go back into it again, but from what I heard people saying, their gripes tend to be about not "what happened," but "how it happened.")

if all you need is base access and nothing more than periodic presence of SG mates (ie. "me"), then I can toss you an invite. It's an SG of one, but hte base if complete with storage available and all TP beacons. I understand you want an "active" SG, but if you should decide base access is enough, just give me a shout. Respec Trail. As in Respecification (or something along those lines).

Also, you might want to join the global channels "Justice Badges," "Justice for All," and maybe "Chrome Support." Any of those channels might be a good place to recruit for a respec trial or any other trial/task force whenever you want to run them--rather than having to plan so far in advance.
