Great guide! I'm enjoying my Necro/Dark quite a bit....the sets play off each other really well. I do have a couple notes/suggestions though:

First, zombies seem to be quite flammable. I'm pretty certain they take extra damage from fire attacks, which means Longbow Flamethrowers suck muchly. (This, on top of the smell of burning zombie.)

The good news is: Shadow Fall. While the defense buff is pretty trivial, the resistance it gives to Energy, Negative and Psionic attacks is nice, something like 20% to start. Toss a few resistance enhancements in there and it's like asbestos underwear for your zombies. (Don't worry, they don't complain about the chafing.)

One other note is on Fearsome Stare...in addition to accuracy and fear duration, some people like to toss debuff enhancements on it, too since as you point out the accuracy debuff is pretty significant. YMMV.

And personally I *like* Vengeance. It's a nice buff for the entire team, though you can only use it after someone on the team dies. (And no, dead henchmen apparently don't count....although I've read that if you target a fallen teammate, the henchmen get the buff along with the rest of the team.)

Oh, Hermod...I don't know if you noticed this, but there's a mistake on Doc Buzzsaw's location...I think it should be -1326?

It means "must herd," referring to that pathological need by some tanks to try and herd up everything on the mission map into one room to take them out en masse. It's especially amusing to see this behavior these days, now that they've changed the game to make it all but impossible.

Keeping in mind, of course, that all truly foolhardy behavior is really only amusing to watch when viewing it from a respectful distance.

One other tip for any */Eng blasters out there who are considering the medicine pool...note that Power Boost doubles the effectiveness of your heals, making Aid Other and Aid Self a lot more effective.

On my eng/eng blaster I've got three slots on Aid Other and only the one slot on Aid Self, and it works pretty well for me. I'm still mostly a "backup healer" but the heals are definitely noticeable.

Of course, my main is an empath, so it felt wrong not to have some kind of heal.

And one point on Resuscitate...it's also interruptible, but has a somewhat slow animation which makes it a little tricky to use in combat. It's doable, but you need a few quiet seconds. If you want to try it as a combat rez, I'd definitely recommend slotting it with an endurance breaker (37.5 is a lot of endurance in the middle of a fight), and possibly an interrupt time reducer.

By the way, it's great fun being able to rez people as a blaster...you get some very surprised teammates!

FWIW, as an empath I use the shift+number keys constantly. When casting buffs and heals it's faster to use those to quickly select the right teammate, so I'm glad those aren't changing.

And putting numbers on the team positions is an inspired idea...on a big team I've been known to accidentally heal position 6 instead of position 5 when things get tense.

I've never had cause to use the control+number keys, but I'd love to get quick access to a third tray, so I like this solution. At one point my level 27 defender had five temporary powers, and those two trays were very crowded. (And I won't spoil the surprise, but the temp power you get from the level 25 contact in Striga is really cool!)
