Well, that didn't work out so well last week. Soooooo we try again.

Since we got a better response on a Saturday, I'm holding it this Saturday at 8. We are primarily going for the Green Stuff badge, But I will entertain the Anti Anti and Bunker buster as those can be done without impacting the green stuff at all.

I will be shouting out starting at 7:45, eariler, if the kids and I get home from seeing the Avengers sooner. Hope to see you there.

Rolling off the sweet heady victory of getting loves a challenge, I am going for broke and am trying to get the last badge Friday. Avoids the Green stuff. from what Im told, its all pets out, ranged damaged, move like ninja action. Now that we can die at our leisure, Im sure this badge will this time round.

So come one, come all, for the (hopefully) Final assault on that reactor. I'll be glad not to see that armored crybaby anymore, and Im sure he's sick of me.

Trying again to nail these suckers before Issue 23 comes out and the Magestarium becomes the new trial to beat. Going for the two evil badges:

Loves a challenge: Complete the Keyes Island Reactor Incarnate Trial without anyone dying or destroying any terminals in the final battle versus Anti-Matter.

Avoids the Green stuff: Don't let anyone be caught by an Obliteration Beam in the final battle with Anti-Matter during the Keyes Island Reactor Incarnate Trial. Being hit by either the hold or damage effect of Obliteration Beam will void the badge.

Easy, right? No sweat! 46th time will be the charm I'm sure!!

Please note I am moving the time to Saturday at 8EST to see If I can get some West Coast badge Jockeys to help with this. Hope to see you there.

Now that I am finished Badging up DA, I am ready to resume my quixotic quest for the final two badges of the Keyes trial.

Why do I continue when its hopeless, you ask? Because its even MORE hopeless for a poor rad defender to try to get pvp badges. Thats why. May as well have a windmill that may actually tilt rather than coming out of the chute in RV and getting ganked in 15 seconds.

So, same bat time, same bat channel. We will go with teams of 12, as it makes crowd control at the end easier.

BIG plus one to this. I really enjoyed the arc and zone from start to finish. I felt the sense of urgency fighting Mot and equally i felt the satisfaction of kicking his butt. Bravo devs, well done.

Soo... its that time of the week again.

With all of you (me included) spending time with the lowbies and the double expeeing, I figured this would be a great time to get Saint his DIB badges. Which are:

1) Sibling Rivalry : The badge you get for completing the Trial

2) Sidreal Researcher : Wander around like an idiot collecting 4 shards while people try to kill you.

3) Brotherly love: Kill both AV's at the end within 30 seconds of one another. 30 seconds? HAH! In my day we had to kill both AV's in 10! on a tennis court! while giant robots tried to shoot us!


So there you have it. Looks like an easy op. Minimal to start is 4, but I want to try to get as many peeps on board as possible. Anybody and everyone is welcome to join in, If I have room. Ill start shouting in Pocket D around that time, but will broadcast in CAP, Steel, and on some channels if I can as well.

Regarding Heather Townsends arc and rescuing the detective for later badge credit:

Has anybody run it through obo yet? I can't remember if I saved the doofus and want to know if I have to obo the whole thing or just save him and bail on heather.

Hit 1315 over the weekend. About halfway done with the I22 badges.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Lucrezia, who steered our DD trial so well that it was ridiculously easy. I mentioned this in the original thread, but it may have been buried, and I wanted her to get the credit that she deserves and show my appreciation. Especially after I screwed the pooch in the beginning and started a LAM by mistake.

Huzzah! one run, five badges. thx to Lucrezia,who really ran this operation. She's a total pal. and I suspect she has a pug. because pugs are awesome.

Rats for 2 reasons.

1) you wont be there.

2) I want meatloaf now.

Based on what I've read on the boards, this (hopefully) will be easy peasy to pull off in short order.

I should be home from my goddawful business trip tonite, so Ill be parked at the Atomic PC and chomping at the bit to go tommorow.

Of course the only reason I will be doing this is for my sweet, shiney badges. I plan on trying to get the MO out of the way and then move on to the DA content.

Um, so Yah. Kinda got that date wrong. KEYES HO!!!! Friday. 7:30 est. Two runs minimum.

PROGRAM NOTE:

I will be heading home from my daughters basketball game at 7:00. I should be home by 7:30, so as soon as I pop my beer and settle in, I'll start the Atomic Signal. And if you've ever had the pleasure of watching a bunch of third grade girls attempt to navigate up and down a basketball court for 45 minutes without killing themselves or small animals, you know I will need that beer.

I felt really weird about NOT running this last week, like I was giving up on Badging. So In the interest of being a glutton for punishment, I'm trying it again.

Still have the two badges to go. I'm open to any and all suggestions, as this has been a doozy of a challenge.

Normally, I'd say the trial is open to any, but I'm going to ask that only badgers who are as nutso about getting these two join in the first couple or runs.

As it turns out I must have completed this during one of my drunken badge binges. I have the "Fwoosh" badge and don't remember getting it.
