I highly doubt that they'll ever just scrap the missions for these two events. It would make the associated badges, temp powers and costume parts unavailable, unless they add a Valentine version of the Candy Keeper, or transfer those rewards to new content. It's far more likely that they'll do what they have been doing for the Halloween and Winter Events, keep them available and add new things that aren't directly related to the old ones.
Yeah, not a popular opinion, but I like the idea of having a collector's item. Makes no sense to me for someone who didn't start playing until '07 having a badge they bought that says "awarded in 2006." -

Just a reminder that I won't be around for EoE farming this weekend. I am directing a play that opens Friday night. If the rest of you decide to go on and farm anyway, just please don't do it in The Hive, but keep it to PI.
For Monday's raid, I'm thinking about bringing back the Blue team. There has been talk about this among raid leaders, and we have been discussing strategies for negating the chain lightning. So be prepared for something different come Monday night. -
