 Thats Anodina´s build, pretty expensive one, must warn.
 
 Fortitude´s up every 15 seconds + Power Boost every 30 seconds. A classical hover defender + high recharge build with all the Empathy weaponry + full leadership pool.
 
 Ill fit the i23´s ATO set on Energy Torrent maybe...
 
 You can swap Numinas with Doctored Wounds for a +10% recharge if needed, and grab some slots from RA... (not needed imho)
 
 I run all the incarnate content on Union w/o any issue atm.

 Im late on the reply, but here I go. My main is an empathy defender, i´ve played on Union all the Incarnate Content, here are my thoughts...
 
 Empathy is a pretty good buffing set, Fortitude and AB do help a LOT. I spend most of the time keeping up fortitude on my party, a few quick healing and pew-pew of course.
 
 Dont hate Empathy, its the best buffing set imho.

 Yeah i do hover most of the time, but you are right, its 4/12 the right options, not 8. I could slot a spare Zephyr KB on CJ instead of the Travel/endredux one (the end cost is pretty low)
