  3. ok, i moved the makos and toch of death out, replaced with some knetic combat and pounding slugfest, but kept the same power picks i had, i only have 10% less resistances, and 84% more dmg bonus, is this good...?

    i know for sure that u still get set bonuses from purples no matter what, not positive on other IOs though

  10. I really appriciate the help, but as I stated im trying to build this toon specifically for the positron Tf (lvl 10-15). Your build has 1 AoE/Cone attack at that lvl, mine has 2 AoEs and 1 Cone, I did this for large group killing, and as i see it, the more AoE/Cone attacks the better, and im not looking for as much dmg from the LRM (hence y it is last). Thank you anyway though, and i am currently taking some things from ur build and my build and making one build better than both, (hopefully). I will post this as soon as im done
  11. This is the build i put together for my fire/nrg blaster. it is designed for steamrolling thru enemies on posi for sure, and possibly even enemies everywhere else. I got the pretty good dmg on the attacks, not very good defense though, but this isn't made to take alot of dmg and solo, nor pvp, it is meant for teams and posi TF.

    i would say katana, it is really fun and you cant go wrong, it is good at pvp, and can pve.
