AE sounds very interesting. It's nothing new that people want to exploit it to PL. It's a choice. This game is so rich that you're really doing yourself a disservice by power leveling and skipping content.

What has changed in two years?

What are key things that people that have been out of game for an extended period of time should know?

Are there any new 3rd party programs like Hero Builder or VidiotMaps? Any of the old ones defunct?

Also, given my short playing time, I think I can safely say that CoH is better than CO, which I gave a fair shot.

Any spines/DA gurus out there care to update this for i4? Regardless of 'gimp' status, I am going to roll a S/DA scrapper for the AoE love, but would like to know what you guys think of the i4 changes effect some of the base builds.
